Two choices, one decision

Y/n s POV

I slowly walked out of the chairman s chamber and returned to my office. I informed sir hoseok that the chairman asked him to meet him soon . He nodded and handed me another pile of papers and asked me to correct the marked areas and to separate them according to the relevant department it belonged to.
I sat on my chair and took a huge breath. I was still shocked after hearing our chairmans request because I really didn't expect such a thing and I didn't want him to do that for me just because I helped him.

Mr..hoseok returned back from the chairman's office and asked me to hurry up and finish the given work. So I blocked my limitless thoughts for a while and started working on the papers that I was given.

Taehyung s POV

Once Mr.hoseok left my office, I called bogumshi and asked him to come to meet me because I had a lot to discuss with him.
I didn't realize that he came into meet me until he knocked on my table. Oh didn't I mention earlier that bogum shi didn't need to wait until my signal to come into my office. He was always welcome in.

" Knock knock, sir are you okay?" He asked me once he saw me

" Mmm yeah. Do you have any special work to be completed bogum shi? If not can we talk for a while ? "

" Yes obviously sir. What is it? " He asked me

" I selected an employee for my new secretary position" I said

" Yes I know. Ms.Y/n . Am I right sir?"
" Lol yeah. How did you know ?" I laughed and asked bogum shi

" I just guessed it once you asked me to send her into your office with the files. You have never asked me like that before. " He said.

" Mm yeah. True. Bogumah. I asked her to be my secretary. She must have been startled to hear that suddenly. She was. I saw that. Once you go back to your office can u speak to her about this please?" I requested bogum shi

" Yeah I will sir. But Is this a good choice sir? Because she is still a newbie to the company. And haven't had any work experience AT ALL right?"

" Yes I know that bogumshi. But all I want now is someone whom I can trust. Until she learns about the job, I can manage on my own and I am sure that she will be an expert in the job soon cuz I have already observed her working pace" I said.

" Oh okay sir. I will do as you say . It's almost 4 p.m now . Once you get off work please go home and rest okay?" Bogum shi said

" Yeah I will . Thank you" I replied

Y/n s POV

Once I finished the paperwork, I handed it over to Mr hoseok and came to arrange my bag to go home since it was past 4 already.
Most of my colleagues were gone , so I grabbed my bag and walked towards the elevator because I had to go home soon because Momma said that she wanted to talk to me soon.

Near the elevator I received a call from Mr. Bogum

"Hello Ms.Y/n. Did you leave the office ?" He asked me

" Not yet sir. I am about to leave"

" Oh nice. Can u please spare me a moment. I have to discuss something urgent with you" he said and disconnected the call.

Aigoo. Tht means I won't be able to go home soon. So I texted momma saying that " momma. My boss wants to talk to me. I ll Come home as soon as he is done okay?" And I switched the phone off and went to Mr. Bogums office

I went to Mr. Bogums office and sat on a chair because he asked me to sit.

"Good evening ms.y/n. I heard that our chairman sir offered you his secretary position?" He asked me out of the blue

" Good evening sir. Yes sir. He did" I said

"Okay so what is your decision regarding it?"

" I don't know yet sir. I haven't thought about it yet" I said

"Okay. Before you take a decision, listen to me well. And then you can think and take a decision okay?
You might not know Ms. Y/n, our chairman is someone who takes a decision after considering about it well. Just letting you know, he is the youngest chairman and billionaire In korea. So he has alot of enemies even though he is the best person. So he needs some one he can trust as his secretary. Even though you are so much new to work, he trusts you. I don't know what made him do that but he does. And he has faith in you that you ll learn to be a good secretary soon. I don't know whether I ll be the CEO or not, but if I do,I want my best friend to have a trustworthy secretary by his side. So please think of what he asked and take a correct decision that you won't regret later".

I didn't know what to say. I didn't know that chairman sir had so much hopes and trust on me. Omo ottoke?
I just nodded since I couldn't find words to reply to mr.bogum and stood up to leave home

" Thank you sir. I ll let you know my Decision by tomorrow morning" I said

"Okay thank you Ms.y/n. Good night"

I left the office and hurried home. I was constantly thinking about the new position I was offered. I was not confident on myself that I will be able to do it well. I loved to be a secretary but since I have no work experience at all! Okay Y/n, think of it after you eat! I convinced myself and went inside my home.

"Ohh there you are Y/n. Today, the CEO of LIVIANS called me. She said that they are ready to offer you the chairmans secretary position!! Isn't that wonderful???" Momma said as soon as I stepped in

"Whaaaat?? How momma? I didn't even apply to that company. " I was super perplexed.

" Yeah . But the CEO of LIVIANS is one of my old class mates. I asked her to get u a job there with a high salary " think about it and tell me tonight okay? Momma told me and went back to her kitchen work.

I was stuck between two choices now;! But I have to get a single decision... What should I dooo??
