The rarest of these inhuman are the cat and human species, Known as neko.

Chapter One: The Encounter
The time is 8:23 pm, its a breezy sunday night.
As you walk on the dark empty streets of where you live on your way back from work, you see something scurry off into the shadows, its almost human, besides a long skinny tail swaying under its legs.
You stop and stare at it for a moment, finally realizing its a inhuman.
'Why is a inhuman out so late? could it be a stray? its tail is long and skinny, Maybe a mouse or a rat?'
You think to yourself.
it suddenly jumps out of the shadows pouncing on you, hissing loudly.
"WHAT THE F*CK" you scream loudly

its wearing a crop top and short shorts.
"Dont just pounce on random people!! The fuck is wrong with you!"
The inhuman lowers its ears and its tail stops swaying
"I-I'm sorry..." the inhuman says with a low tone
By the voice you can now tell the inhuman is a boy, you look at his tails and ers trying to decide what animal he is.
"What are you? your features slightly resemble that of a lion? but your pattern says otherwise, so what are you?"
The inhuman posture still lowered and his ears and tail still down
"I-I'm a neko" the inhuman says
You have a look of confusion on your face
"That's impossible, they were all wiped out during the great war." you say
"n-not all, i was just a k-kit when the war happened, my mom and d-dad hid me away in a human supply truck." the inhuman says

The nekos eyes widen and his eyes change color, to purple

'That tattoo! it means your a owner! a phoenix!" the neko exclaims
"This thing? oh, iv had this since birth" you say still mildly confused.
"Do you have a place to stay?" you ask
"n-no, i live on the streets" the neko says
'Why dont you come home with me for the night, its gonna be very cold tonight, plus iv been looking for a inhuman to take care of so." you say
"O-Ok!!" the neko says jumping up
You lead him back to your apartment where you both fall asleep
