First Day Of School

Yesterday I hung out with Addison, her zombie boyfriend Zed, her zombie friends Eliza and Bonzo, and her other cheerleader friend Bree.  They are all really nice, especially Eliza.  My aunt Freya and Keelin surprised me yesterday evening too, they said the whole family should be over in a few weeks  or about a month.  My alarm went off and I used my magic to shut it off "ughhhh I don't want to go to school aunt Freya and aunt Keelin do I have to?" I whine to my aunts as I walk into the kitchen where my aunt freya is making breakfast and my aunt Keelin is making coffee.  They both just laugh "I'm sorry Hope but you do need to go to school" my aunt Freya finally answered after she finished laughing, I growl jokingly before eating my breakfast and drinking my coffee.  "I'm going to go shower now If you guys have plans you can do that" I tell them both as I put my dishes in the dishwasher "ok, but I think we will do some research about those werewolves you were talking about" aunt Kellin replies "ok sounds good and text me any information you found out, even if I am in class" I say before racing up the stairs realizing  I have an hour before I need to be at school.  I take a quick shower and then I go tp my room to pick out an outfit to wear.  I finally decided on light blue skinny jeans with a loose white crop top with my black leather jacket and my vans with my necklaces.

When I'm done changing I go to the bathroom to brush my hair out and put some mascara and lip gloss on.  I then grab my back pack with all my notebooks I need for school before going downstairs to make myself an ice coffee this time.  "Bye!  Love you both and see you after school!" I yell to my aunts after I make my coffee, and before they had the chance to reply back I rushed out the door.  "Shit" I say to myself as I look at my phone.  School starts in 15 minutes and I don't know where the school is.  I decide to go to Addison's house to catch her scent so I can follow it to find my way to school.  10 minutes later I make it to school just as they were about to close the doors "wait!" I yell.  I run over to the teacher before I make myself  'exhausted' by running from the beach to the doors "why are you late Ms?" the teacher asks me "I'm sorry it's my first day here and I got lost" "oh you must be Hope Marshall then right?" she asks and I nod my head "follow me and I will get Addison to show you around" "thank you" I reply back "since you are new I will not give you detention for your crop top shirt, but don't let it happen again please" the teacher tells  me as we are walking to the office "yes for sure sorry ms".  As soon as I enter the office Addison is waiting for me in her cheer uniform "hey Hope ready for class?" she asks as we both leave the office "hey Addi and yea I think I am" I reply.  I make It through my first few classes before I Know it, it is lunch time.  "Hey guy's this is Hope and she is new to Seabrook" Addi tells the table full of cheerleaders as we sit down "Hi" I tell everyone "Addison who is she?  You know the rules if no one is a cheer leader-" some guy tells Addi before telling her to continue the sentence "then they don't sit at the cheer table" she finishes while rolling her eye's and standing up to face that boy "Bucky I know that but she is new and she doesn't know anyone but me, Bree, Zed, Eliza and Bonzo and those 3 aren't here now" Addi tells the guy who I presume is Bucky "and anyway she might join the cheer team!" she adds on "whoa whoa whoa I am not cheerleading material at all" I tell Addi as I stand up "come on Hope you have the height and posture of someone who has been doing cheerleading or gymnastics forever" Addi tells me, before I have a chance to reply Bucky steps in the way and looks me over "Addison is right you know, you do have the height and posture.  Also you can't wear crop tops to school" Bucky adds on "yea I got told that when I got here.  I've always went to expensive boarding school where we can wear whatever we want to wear.  This is my first ever time coming to a public school unless I had to for a week for my other school" I tell Bucky as I purposely ignore his first comment "wow you must be way more then rich if you go to expensive boarding schools and live in that HUGE mansion down the road from my place!" Addi said excitedly and a bit louder then normal as most people in the cafeteria looks our way and starts murmuring to each other "wow the new girl is so rich, maybe I can become friends with her and she will buy me a sports car" a random girl tells her friends "I think that girls family might be in the Mafia if they are crazy rich" another random guys tells his group of friends.  I hear all of those comments with my enhanced hearing.  The lights in the cafeteria start to flicker on and off so I grab my bag and run to the forest where I feel the most safe.  I feel my emotions start to take over me so I do what always makes me feel better.  I drop my bag as my eye's turn blue from the hallow even though it is out of me before I scream loud letting my magic let my emotions calm me down.  What I didn't realize is that one of the werewolves I saw a few days ago saw me.  I walked to the tree and dropped down so my back was against the tree and I rested my forehead against my knees "hey who and what are you?" a guy asks me.  I look up so see a guy with brown and white hair, he also has pointy teeth like a werewolf does.  I stand up and look at him "I'm Hope and I think you might want to leave" I say as I start walking to my bag to pick it up but he stops me.  "No I'm serious Hope what are you?  Your eye's glow like mine except they were blue" he says while making his eye's glow with the help of his moonstone necklace "and when you screamed blue energy pushed out of you so what...are...you?" he adds on "how do I know I can even trust you if I don't even know your name" I say while taking his hand off my shoulder.  "It's Wyatt, and I'm a werewolf.  Look you don't have to tell me how you screamed that loud but at least let me introduce you to my pack.  The alpha is my older sister and she will probably nag at you but just ignore her" Wyatt answers "fine" I say after a while. I started walking in the direction I saw him yesterday when suddenly I felt him grab my shoulder. My eyes flash gold as I turn around and push him to the ground with my hand on his chest holding him on the ground "don't touch me" I growl letting my eyes go back to my normal colour. "Are you a werewolf too?" He asks as he gets up and brushes himself off "yes I am" I reply "that's so cool to know another werewolf but I do have a question though" Wyatt says  "shoot I guess" I reply grabbing my bag that fell to the ground when I pushed him down "how do your eye's turn golden not by using a moonstone?" he asks while holding up his necklace "I'm a different type of werewolf" I reply.  "Cool so what kind of werewolf is that?" Wyatt asks "umm" I start while fidgetting with my necklaces "my kind of werewolves are a curse" I start again, Wyatt opens his mouth to say something but I stop him and continue "it's a curse because you have to kill someone accidently or on purpose.  I killed someone by accident because I was possesed by something called The Hallow which is why my eyes turned blue and that would control me and make me do things I don't want to do" I finish "oh wow that must have been horrible to kill someone" Wyatt says with sadness in his eye's "yea well it is what is is" I reply back "well welcome to our den!" Wyatt says while we walk down into the den.
