Jisoo could feel Yoon Gi's arm on her waist.
She wanted to badly escape the situation.
Her eye blinked a few times as a camera flashed in front of them.
It turns out that their grandmother captured the two of them.
"Kyeopta...You two look good together." Yoon Gi's grandma eyesmiled.
The camera was a polaroid one so there was an instant hard copy of their picture.
She then gave it to Yoon Gi.
"Why are you giving this?"Yoon Gi asked.
"As a remembrance...She will be your wife in the future eventually...so you have to keep it."
Jisoo almost choked on her own saliva.
His grandma was thinking way ahead.
Yoon Gi took the picture and held it in his hand behind his back.
After his grandma went inside a room, Yoon Gi let go of Jisoo's waist.
"This is making the situation worse...we're only lying to your grandma!" Jisoo whisper yelled.
"You don't have to worry...she'll be going back to our province anyway."Yoon Gi said in a lower voice.
At the Blizzard cafe....
Lee Hi, Jae, Sunmi, Bang Chan, and Ren were eating burgers and fries together.
"Yah I miss Kim Jisoo...she's spending more time with her date." Lee Hi pouted.
"You don't have to...I'm already here." Jae smirked as he wrapped his arm around her shoulder.
"I was always the alone one anyway." Ren muttered as he sipped on his shake.
Lee Hi and Sunmi chuckled at this.
"She was acting weird awhile ago, she called us to the mall to talk about something."Sunmi said as she was also sipping her shake.
"I think she mentioned about me?" Bang Chan said.
"Yeah what could it be."
"You'd have to ask her again."Ren said.
Meanwhile back at the Min mansion....
Jisoo had already gone home ahead before Yoon Gi's grandmother could appear again.
Yoon Gi at this time was already in his sleepwear.
He dived down the bed, as his head turned to the side...he saw on the drawer his picture with Jisoo.
He prolonged his eye contact on the picture...
Why do I keep on looking at this...
He sat up and messed up his hair in frustration.
He then covered the picture with a notebook as the picture was in a portrait position in front of the mirror.
Back at Jisoo's house....
Jisoo kept rolling back and forth in her bed
She couldn't get over with what just happened.
It felt foreign for her to hear Yoon Gi calling her as his girlfriend, and images of Yoon Gi wrapping his arm around her shoulder also kept coming back in her mind.
Darn this! I should get to sleep...
Ding!
She heard the notification from her messenger.
She opened it and it turned out to be Bang Chan who by the way added her as a friend that same night.
Bang Chan: Hey!
Jisoo: Hello!
Bang Chan: At the mall awhile ago...you mentioned my name... Could you tell me what you have to talk about?
Jisoo: Oh that....well, nothing I was just about to tell you what Sunmi likes in a guy.
Bang Chan: Oh..I see. Anyways, can we meet each other tomorrow?
Jisoo: Why?
Bang Chan: It's almost Sunmi's birthday...I need help in preparation.
Jisoo: Sure.
Bang Chan: You know...I totally like her...sometimes I feel reserved around her because she's too beautiful.
Jisoo didn't know why but she suddenly felt a bit of jealousy in her chest.
A feeling she didn't want to experience.
She thought that about what if Bang Chan met her first...would he totally feel the same?
She sent a smiley emoji, acting as if everything was alright when in fact she just wanted to straight up tell him the truth.
Jisoo: I'll hope you'll be happy with her.
Jisoo sent it and sighed afterwards.
She was a bit nervous as tomorrow would be the day she'd face her supposed date.
