The secret of Rose

Chapter 23

"No, please..It can't be,"I cried to my wolf."I am really sorry Rose but it is and there is nothing we can do to stop it,"Hope said.

I was knocked out of my conversation with my wolf when I felt someone hugging me.I had tears in my eyes and I did not even notice.After a while, I calmed down and got my emotions under control.I looked at the door which was now open and saw my mother standing there.She was staring at me with a sad smile.

"We need to call a pack meeting and make sure that everyone that can't fight or are too young to fight are to be taken to a safe place,"I said looking at Liam.He nodded his head and was gone out of the room.All we can do now is hope for the best and to hope that our training will pay off.

At the pack meeting, we had all our best fighters ready and they all knew what was happening.All the people that could not fight were taken to a safe house where they would be protected by a few of the guards.As I was staring at the fighters in front of me I couldn't stop the tears from falling.All these people were willing to fight for me and I was willing to protect them at any cost.

"Let's win this war!"Hope said with determination.A smile made its way to my face."I'll save everyone's lives even if the cost is my life,"I said to my wolf.

All of a sudden a black cloud covered the entire sky and a tornado was on its way to us.I could hear thunder roaring from the dark clouds above us but only one thing mattered to me. Protecting the people I love.

"The evil one!"Hope said.Immediately I used my magic to put a shield around everyone to protect them.The evil one tried to break through my protection by firing fire balls at us but I stood my ground and kept the shield up around us.After a while Liam and I said,"ATTACK!"

Not even a few seconds later and other wolves started to emerge from the woods.I flew up to the sky looking for the evil one because I wanted to end this battle as fast as I can.I saw him sitting on a dark cloud just watching everyone fight.

At that moment I threw a rock to his head gaining his attention.I flew straight towards him freezing time so that no other wolf could get hurt but he unfroze time and the fighting continued.

Just as I was about to attack him for what he did I froze.It can't be..I saw him die that day..

******Flashback****

We were in the car on our way to Disneyland when a drunk driver didn't stop at the red light and drove right into us.Just before I passed out I saw that my big brother was not moving and that he had blood all over him.I started crying but knew I couldn't do anything about it..That was the last thing I remembered before only seeing darkness.

"Jake!"I said surprised seeing him alive."Hello little sister.It's good to see you again,"he laughed."You're the one I am supposed to kill?",I said staring him straight in the eyes.

"Of course.I am the bad guy after all and you are the good guy,"he said angrily. Without warning, he started attacking me but with every attack he did I dodged and I could see that he was getting angry at himself for missing each time.

There was only one way to end this war and I knew that it would kill both my brother and I but I knew it had to be done.I would have to merge us together so that a balance would be created again.I would miss all my loved ones but I knew that it had to be done otherwise everyone would suffer.

Just before my brother could hit me I dodged his attack and then I flew right towards him.I has shocked him with all the power I had in me but I starting feeling a strange power coming with it.My brother's nose started bleeding yet I was still fine.After a few second my brother's body fell lifeless against me and I knew at that moment that he was dead.

everyone was looking at me.Shock written all over their faces.As far as I knew the war was over and all the evil in the world was gone.

2 years later

It has been 2 years since the battle against my brother.Everything has been peaceful.Liam and I had decided to get married after the battle and two months later I fell pregnant with a little baby boy.Our baby boy's name was Martin and we loved him so much.

Everyone was happy and nothing ever happened after the battle.There was no more evil as far as I knew but then my wolf senses had to go and ruin everything.There was more eveil on it's way and it was my job to protect the people of this pack and to protect the people I love.

"BRING IT!"Hope and I said together.
