A 6 year old Zara was crying in pain in her room. Aleema was in her office and the caretaker had already called her. Ayan and Ishaan were standing there worriedly, not knowing how to help her.

"Ammi! Ammi!"

Hearing her yelling in pain, Ayan and Ishaan had tears in their eyes. They weren't able to see her in pain. Aleema rushed into the room and immediately sat beside her.

"Ammi, my stomach... it's paining."

"Ammi ki jaan, please stop crying. Arpita, give her a pain killer. I have already called the doctor and he told me to give her the pain killer. I'll take her to the doctor tomorrow."

The caretaker nodded and rushed to get the medicine. Aleema caressed Zara's hair and wiped her tears. She gave her the medicine and patted her to sleep. She was about to leave from there when Zara held her hand, stopping her.

"Ammi, mat jaiye na."
(Ammi, please don't leave.)

"Baby, I have to leave. But I promise that I'll come soon after my meeting ends."

Zara nodded in a no but Aleema had to leave. She bit her lower lip to stifle her cries. She wiped her tears with her hands and sniffled.

"Princess, please don't cry. You will be fine soon. My sister is a very strong girl. She doesn't cry in such trivial issues."

Zara heard her elder brother Ayan consoling her but she was upset.

"Ish, when you had fever, did Ammi stay with you?"

Ishaan innocently nodded in a yes, not know that this would break her innocent heart. She turned around and closed her eyes. She soon fell asleep while Ayan and Ishaan quietly stayed in the room to check upon her.

Zara was playing with Ayan and Ishaan when Aleema entered their room. She smiled seeing them and called them. The three of them looked at her and both the boys smiled at her while Zara simply looked at her. She was still upset that her Ammi had left her when she needed her. Aleema kept three chocolate bars on the bed and Ayan and Ishaan immediately took it. But she saw that Zara was still playing with the rubber ball.

"Zara, won't you hug your Ammi?"

Zara looked at her and her tender heart couldn't just stay away from her Ammi. She immediately ran to her and threw her tiny body in her arms.

"Mera bachcha!"
(My baby.)

She broke the hug and caressed Zara's face. She gave her another chocolate to which Zara widely grinned. She kissed her Mother's cheeks and ran after taking the chocolate. Aleema smiled at her little kids and left from there, not disturbing their playtime.
