Finally

Me and Jas had this thing going on for quiet awhile now. We aren't officially dating, we haven't even kissed yet but we have this thing. I like her and she likes me, I think. Today there was a cast party, not a crazy party, more just like hanging out. People are inviting their friends but I didn't.

There was a knock at my door, "hey Jas" I opened the door expecting to see her, we were going to walk to the party together.

"Oh" I closed the door after seeing Julia, my ex.

She opened the door, "ant, I miss you" she said

"No you don't" I tried to close the door again but she walked into my apartment.

"how's you're new boyfriend" I rolled my eyes. She cheated on me and I thought I would care more but I didn't. Things just didn't feel right with her but even though me and Jasmine aren't actually dating, everything feels perfect with her, meant to be.

"We broke up" she approached me

"He broke up with you so you're trying to come back to me because you don't want to be alone" I stepped back

"That's not it, I just miss you Ant" she kept coming closer to me, she didn't even close the door after forcing her way inside and it was left open.

"Well I don't really care. And don't call me that" I rolled my eyes at her, "I'm waiting for someone could you leave" I motioned towards the door

"Right after this" she backed me into the wall and forced her lips on to mine.

I tried to pull away but I couldn't.

"Hey Ant are you- oh" I heard come from the door, shit, it was Jas and she sounded disappointed.

Julia pulled her lips off mine and smirked, I glared at her. I was enraged with her probably ruining the one shot I had with someone as amazing as Jasmine.

"Jasmine wait!" I pushed Julia off me. "You bitch" I ran out the door after Jazzy.

I stopped at the elevator, the door was just closing. I caught a glimpse of her face before the door closed, her eyes were filled with tears.

As soon as the elevator doors closed I started sprinting down the stairs and made it down before the elevator. I waited for them to open. When they did, Jasmine had tried to push the button to close the doors again but I ran in, the doors closing behind me.

"Jas im sorry-" I said breathless from running all the stairs. she turned her head away from me

"We're not even together, why should I care who you're kissing" she sounded annoyed but sad.

"You shouldn't because I'm not kissing anyone" I told her

"I just saw you all over that gi-"

"She forced herself on me Jas" I interrupted her.

"You don't need to make excuses Anthony, I don't care" she still hasn't looked at me.

"Y-you don't" the thought of her not caring kinda hurt because it's supposed to be me and her.

"Nope, you obviously don't care so why should I?" She finally turned her head towards me, she looked mad.

"I do care about you Jas" I reached for her hand but she pulled it away.

"Then why are you with other people, I thought we were something"

"She's my ex" I said

"The one that cheated on you? why were you with her?" She asked

"She walked into my apparent and forced herself on me" I wiped the one tear the threatened to fall down my cheek.

"Then why did it look like you were kissing her back" it's obvious I hurt her.
