The mighty tree

Poor poor tree mighty strong tree.
Your life has been short but it must
Had been a good life.
When I join you, can you tell me
How your life had been.

I wish I could be you.
Too see a glistening water in
The mighty river.
To feel the sun rays that lays
On my face.

Lovers come, but OW! OW!
They carved their names on me.
Oh! The pain, the pain.
If I had a mouth I would, give them
A speech they wouldn't or couldn't forget.

Oh No! Birds, squirrels, and many more they
Have come for a home.
Please! I said, don't use me as a home.
They don't listen. They still do it.
The pain! The pain! Kill me already, please.

Then the next day I was a stump a trunk.
Poor Poor tree mighty strong tree
Your life had been short but it was a painful life.
Thank you for this opportunity, God!
