Fell For Her Spell ✔

Chapter ~9~

After me and Lucas danced last night and me feeling things I shouldn't be feeling. Me ,Riley and Zander dropped Skyler off at her house and then headed to my place. They were spending the weekend at my house. And sadly they will have to go back to school in Florida after this weekend.

And I was gonna make sure to spend this weekend doing everything I can with my best friends.

After that we got back from the party last night ,we all crashed on the bed. We had plenty of guest rooms so ,it was no problem. Riley took a room and Zander took another one. Which were by the way right across from my room.

I woke up smiling this morning for the first time in for so long. How can I not smile when my two best friends are in the room across from mine?

I jumped out of the bed and headed to the bathroom. I stripped from my PJ'S and stepped into the shower. I let the hot water hit my body washing all my problems away with it. I took a deep breath as my eyes were closed.

I stepped out of the shower and dried my hair and then wrapped the towel around my body. I walked into my room and walked in my walk-in closet. I grabbed my leather black pants and my over sized hoodie and threw them on me.

I walked out of my closet and combed my hair then threw it in a messy bun. I slid in my black vans and jogged downstairs.

The smell of pancakes and bacon hit my nose making my mouth water. I jogged to the kitchen and saw Zander giving me his back while facing the stove and cooking what I assume was pancakes and bacon.

I sneaked up from behind him "Don't even try ,Laurie" he said not even looking behind him.

"I'm starting to believe that you have a third eye in the back of your head" I said crossing my arms over my chest.

He chuckled and then finally turned around to face me "I have something called ears. They're used to hear things and-" he started to explain as if I was a little kid.

"I know what they're used for" I cut him off narrowing my eyes at him.

"And I heard your elephant footsteps coming down the stairs" he continued anyways.

"Are you saying that I'm fat?" I gasped dramatically and put my hands mockingly over my heart.

"Aw ,It's cute. You're putting your hands over where your heart should be" he said smirking.

"That's it ,You better run for your life" I said charging towards him.

Zander started running away from me while shouting for help. Good thing that Emma and Robert are out for work or they would've kicked both of us out of the house. I started running after Zander. He ran outside of the house and to our garden.

Can people disappear? I mean I'm a wizard and if I mastered a certain spell I can disappear. But ,Zander is no wizard so ,can someone tell me where the hell is he?

I looked around the garden but ,there was no sign to where he was. And suddenly out of nowhere I felt cold water hit my back. I screamed and jumped in surprise making whoever that was attacking me with water from behind burst out laughing.

I turned around to see my soon-to-be dead best friend holding the water hose in his hands while directing it towards me. He was holding the hose as if it was a gun or something.

I started running away from him while screaming. I suddenly heard an 'ow' coming from behind me. I stopped in my tracks and looked behind me to find Zander on the floor.

I smirked ,He must've stumbled and fell. Typical clumsy Zander. My smirk grew wider when an idea hit me.

I ran towards him and picked up the hose that was lying on the ground next to Zander. I started spraying him with cold water just like he did to me minutes earlier. He jumped up and started running away from me while I was running after him with the hose in my hands and directing it at his back.
