I took a deep breath before taking small steps towards the staircase. I remember myself running down the staircase with Justin running behind me ready to murder me.
"Come back here" Justin yelled as he ran after me.
"Go away" I yelled back giggling.
"Not before I take my revenge for waking me up like that" he yelled back.
"I didn't do anything"
"Oh , you call throwing a bucket of cold water on my head that 'you didn't do anything' ?" He yelled and I could just imagine him rolling his eyes as I continued running towards the kitchen where my parents probably were.
"Yes?" I said innocently.
"You're totally getting it"
"N-" and just before I could say anything else , I was lifted off the floor and thrown on Justin's shoulders.
"Put me down" I said pounding my fists on his back.
"I'll never let you go" he said chuckling.
I slowly started climbing the staircase heading upstairs. 'I'll never let you go'. These words kept repeating itself in my mind. But , you did let me go , Justin. I sighed sadly as I take the last steps before I was on the second floor.
I made my way towards the room that I once called my room. The room where I slept ever since I was this little kid. I entered the room and I was surprised to see that the room had a completely different decore. It looked nothing like my old room.
And it just made me realise that all of this wasn't just a nightmare that I was going to wake up from. That I'd wake up from it soon and find Justin still running after me wanting to murder me or my parents in the kitchen having breakfast together.
A tear rolled down my cheek and I suddenly felt someone's hand on my shoulder giving it a light squeeze of comfort. I turned around to see that woman who opened for me giving me a sad smile. I hated how people started looking at me especially after my life turned into a miserable one. They only prove that all of this is nothing but the sad reality.
I wiped the stray tear that managed to escape my eye away quickly. I walked out of the room with the woman trailing behind me heading to the room next to mine. Justin's. I twisted the door knob slowly and then pushed open the door softly.
I looked around the room and it has changed alot. Just like my life. Everything has changed and doesn't look like it used to. There was a desk in the place where there used to be Justin's closet.
"What the hell do you think you're doing? "Justin spat.
"I'm just looking for a shirt to wear" I said with a shrug as I continued looking for a shirt to wear in his closet.
Justin just woke up to find me looking through his closet. He was now sitting on the bed while glaring at my back.
"Why don't you just wear one of your shirts? I'm pretty sure that you have alot of shirts from all the times you and Riley went shopping" he said throwing his hands in the air.
"Because I'm bored from my clothes and just want something new and comfy. Besides , You have alot of shirts in here. I don't think that it'll affect you that much" I said simply looking at him.
He just continued glaring and throwing daggers at me.
"Don't look at me like that ,I'm just borrowing a shirt" I said putting my hands up defensively.
