For those who are too young to remember, plays and musicals were quite popular at the time. Around the time were there was two leading actresses taking spotlight as it shines down on them like moonlight from the starry night sky. April Spink the lovely hazel eyes red head and beside her was Miriam Forcible, the tall blue eyed one with long golden hair. Together they were the queens of drama that took the audience's breathe away with musicals performances and acting. Though life of Spink and Forcible wasn't as rewarding like the many boutique of exotic flowers the two receive from their dressing rooms. No, for there hard times and rather dark even. Why these women were, very, very, close like sisters. April was born without a father, but her mother once actress had taught her how to be rehearsed and prepared for plays. But then, one of the spotlight fell like a meteor towards and struck her mother on the head. The audience gasped in horror, witness the worst accident of a play of all. And what caused this you ask dear reader?

Have you ever heard of the superstition of saying the actual name of the Scottish Play? Well, it saddens me to say this but Yes, Spink's did in fact say the name of the play without realizing it. Yes, April Spinks had now become an orphan and became her own guardian and tried out to act in small time theaters.

That's when she met Forcible, a teenage girl who ran away from her parents a year ago. Forcible's parents did not like the idea of her being an actress and wanted their daughter to try a more serious job like a secretary. But Forcible hated the idea, there was no fun being a secretary just hours and hours of paper while sitting on a desk taking appoints and scheduling them. How very boring! By being an actress made life interesting, reenacting famous retelling and of course singing! She didn't care what her parents thought of her, she was free do what she always wanted and made a friend for life.  Together they were sisters for lived life for fullest, but there was one bit of magic that touched there lives they cannot forget. While traveling state to state in the 1960's while having taffy that said to be the "best in the world" at a local soda shop, there was something inside Spink's candy bowl that wasn't edible.

"What is it April?" Forcible asked.

"I don't know Miriam there's something in this bowl that's quite peculiar." Spink answered sounding unsure while picking a green triangle stone from her bowl, it appears to have a hole inside at the center.

"What is that?"

"I'm sure what this is, but I'll ask the bar tender." As April walks towards the counter were a man dressed in in a vertical striped button long sleeve of cotton candy pink and white, underneath a semi messy apron, black pants and black bowtie. His brown hair combed back and gelled.

"How may I help you, miss?" he greeted Spink showing his pearly white teeth with kind blue eyes that twinkled in delight. Spink explains to the man that she found a peculiar stone in her bowl of taffy, it took a moment for the man to examine wondering how something like this ended up in her bowl to begin with. That's when he finally remembers as his mind recoils of seeing this familiar stone before. It once belonged to a family decades ago and said a stone of magic that reveals truth. The bar tender excused himself as he hurries in the kitchen to find the person who had either put it there as a joke or might of slipped out of their pockets. But once he got there, none of the chefs recalled seeing this strange green triangular stone or how it got there.

Miriam came back holding the stone which felt cold to the touch.

"Well April? What did he say?" Miriam asked with wide expected eyes.

"He just told me to hold on to it, but I have a feeling that this stone come in handy someday."

Miriam raised one thin eyebrow in response.

"April you're thinking that it's 'magic' it's probably just an ordinary piece of rock craved by hand."

"I don't Miriam, I have a feeling this might a sign to keep hold of. In the future that is."

Miriam rolled her eyes, she wasn't of kind of person to believe in magic, (unless you count superstitions of stages that is.) Unlike April, she was kind of fond of reading people's fortune by tea leaves and wearing a hat with one eye stitched. What made the supernatural so fascinating for her?

Just from the corner of Forcible's eye, a small creature in black was watching from the shops front window in all fours pacing back and force in excitement. As she turns to her head to look, the creature jumped off out of view like it doesn't want to seen.

"Miriam, what do you see out there?" April asked while twirling the stone in her hands.

"Nothing, I thought a seen something. But it's just a shadow. " While the two ordered another round of taffy April tends to hers without eating in order to keep the stone safe and hidden.  But there was one thing that couldn't escape Miriam's mind as to see that walked back and forth was no other than a cat. A cat with black spiky fur and blue eyes. Normally, they had green eye but blue? No, it couldn't it must be her mind playing tricks on her thinking otherwise.

Thomas Needles, now a cat strolling down the lane without being trampled on by a human. His mission was accomplished by dropping the stone given by his wife in order for one person if they ever stumble across the other world for they will see the real truth and souls trapped inside. But was it the right choice for the red headed woman with the tall blonde? It had to be as he had a falling it would for the red head was (or could be) a Sybil. The green tarnished stone was created by Nedra herself and as a heirloom to give to her daughter Thimbella. Now the first part of plan to overthrow Sewlona or The Beldam of her power and free those she imprisoned.

After many years, Spink and Forcible had retirement for the theatre and moved to new area which was the Pink Palace which, they moved down to the basement. There was a neighbor that lived in the attic but never knew much about him. Though Spink felt there was something she couldn't quite put her finger on. Something about the main house of why no one wanted take it, those who had children of their own. As rumors were told of three children going missing including the owners twin a while back. Saying it was dangerous not even let her grandson roam around there. The fear of him of going missing, too. Until in 2009...A new family arrived but with a curious daughter with blue hair and wore her yellow raincoat wherever she goes exploring.
