The Lost Ship of Skeld (DR ONESHOT)

THE LOST SHIP OF SKELD

The four workers live in Mira Headquarters, a large building. Everyday, they'd monitor the building's functions and make sure everything is going in order.

These workers' names are Shuichi, Sayaka, Kazuichi, and Fuyuhiko.

Kazuichi Soda is an amazing mechanic, being a huge help to the group in the buildings' repairs.

Fuyuhiko Kuzuryu is a former yakuza who acts rudely toward others, but deep down, he's still a nice person nonetheless.

Sayaka Maizono is a famous idol, known best for her pretty features and talented singing. She's a very encouraging person.

And last but not least, Shuichi Saihara, our intrepid protagonist.

Anyways, the four had woken up to another day.

As usual, Shuichi checks everything in the Launchpad, Kazuichi checks the Reactor and Laboratory, Sayaka checks the Greenhouse and Office, and Fuyuhiko checks Storage and Balcony.

"Okay, diagnostics seems okay, seems like Launchpad needs more fuel but other than that we're done..." Shuichi tells himself.

Shuichi was about to leave the room before... he heard some noises.

"Huh?" Shuichi looks around.

Those noises... sounds kind of like... engines?

They're getting louder and closer now.

"Where is that...?" Shuichi trails off.

The Launchpad doesn't have any windows, so he can only hear it but not see.

Before he knew it, Shuichi blacked out.

...

"Shuichi!"

"Wake up!"

Shuichi heard familiar voices calling to him. He tiredly opens his eyes.

"Oh my god, Shuichi! We thought you were dead!" Kazuichi cried.

"Not we, you idiot. You're the one crying like a baby." Fuyuhiko rolled his eyes.

"At least Shuichi is okay, right Shuichi?" Sayaka asks with a comforting smile.

"Yeah, I guess I am." Shuichi sits up. "What happened?"

"Oh, right! This giant thing appeared!" Kazuichi points.

Shuichi looks at where he is pointing, and sees a large structure? The entire wall that was there had been destroyed into pieces and debris.

"It came smashing in and you got knocked out." Fuyuhiko explains.

"Oh..." Shuichi stands up and fixes his cap.

He examines the structure that mysteriously appeared. "It kind of looks like a... plane? There's a glass window here on the front."

"That's what I thought." Sayaka agrees.

Can they get inside? There doesn't seem to be a door...

The squad looks and examines the plane curiously.

"Wait, guys, there's someone in here!" Kazuichi shouted.

"Seriously?!" Fuyuhiko turned his attention to Kazuichi.

"Yeah! I can see them in the window! They seem unconscious." Kazuichi claims.

The other three looks in the window to confirm this. Kazuichi is right. There's a person in there. They're on the floor and unconscious.

"W-we should help them!" Sayaka, having a pure, kind heart, said in a panic.
