January 23rd, 2016 *Day Of Winter Formal*
I finished getting ready, waiting for Thomas to text me when he was here. I got his text, grabbed my clutch, and walked out. I found Thomas standing against his car, holding a white corsage.
"You look beautiful," He pressed a kiss to my temple before handing me the corsage. I slipped it on, smiling at him.
"Not too bad yourself," I pointed to his tux.
"Liv, we should-" I cut him off.
"We should go. Cola texted me that her and Nat are already there. Let's go," I joked. I got into the car, him shutting the door for me and walking onto the drivers side.
The winter formal was decorated very heavily. Balloons, streamers, a disco ball.
"Wow..." Nat spoke as she walked over. "Look at you. Beauty in it true form."
"Back off, she's mine," Thomas pulled me into his chest.
"Now, now, relax. You can share me," I replied, caressing Thomas's cheek.
"I'm good. I'm going to go find Cola. By the way, take her dancing, big guy," She patted Thomas's shoulder before turning on her toes and walking away. Thomas offered me his hand, walking onto the dance floor. I took his hand, stepping onto the glittery floor with him.
My left hand on his shoulder while my right interlocked with his. His right on my waist while his left interlocked with mine. We slowly began to sway to the music, eyes attatched to each others. We were too busy with each other to realize that Ryder and Nicole had starting dancing next to us.
A tap on my shoulder drew me away from Thomas. I turned to see Nat smiling at me.
"You might want to stop gazing into each others eyes," She whispered into my ear, making me chuckle softly. Thomas pulled me back into the dance, smiling at me.
"We're not listening to her," I whispered, my voice muffled by the music. But he heard me.
The smile on his face was the missing piece to my heart. His eyes fixed on mine, not a muscle in his face moving. I let go of his hands to caress his cheeks. I leaned forwards and pressed my lips against his.
"I love you." I whispered.
"Always and Forever." He whispered back.
