"Has she woken up?", Shaurya asked Awara while he served him breakfast. Awara had been with Khanna family since his teenage years. He started as a valet for Senior Khanna but soon became a caretaker for Shaurya, the little master. Awara was more than a servant to Khannas. But he always took care to remain in his boundaries and never tried to take liberties. Shaurya definitely liked him more amongst their entire staff. Yet once he reached of age and his tastes became bolder, keeping Awara close beside him seems to be unwise for him. Eventhough Awara was efficient , his loyalties were definitely with Harish Khanna. Shaurya preferred to keep his affairs discreet and Awara tended to spill beans to his father. Soon he was no longer in Shaurya's personal staff. Eventually Awara was posted in Khanna mansion in a superior position, managing entire household.

Over the time, Shaurya's visit to Khanna mansion reduced and he seldom made contact with Awara. Recently Awara had recently settled with a new wife. Their marriage was blessed by Khannas and decided to give him a good break.  Owing to it, their gap widened. But the current situation demanded an expert support whom Shaurya can trust blindly. Other than Awara, he didn't have another name whom he can entrust with Mehek's care.

"Has she woken up?", Shaurya asked again since Awara acted to have unheard his question. Awara shook his head , making Shaurya groan in displeasure. He genuinely prayed that Mehek gets better soon. Dealing with a weakling like her was beyond him. Now when she fell sick, it was added burden for him. All he wanted to was to put up a show before Vicky and make him yield. But Ajay and Vicky checkmated him by forsaking Mehek.

Shaurya wanted to feel pity on Mehek for a moment he did but it was short lived as he was angry on himself. He misjudged Ajay. How could he think that Ajay would sacrifice himself for a mere chit like her. It will be easy to find a woman better than her. Any sane man would do the same. It was understandable that he saved himself when he had time. He gripped on to the cutlery to curb his anger.

"Who is she?", Awara asked, trying his best to keep curiosity at bay. Shaurya remained mum, pretending to enjoy his coffee. Awara sighed as it was not new for him. Shaurya always chose to ignore him whenever he probed about his private affairs. "Imli had tended to her", he informed about his wife's effort, "she has sponged her and changed her into those cloths you gave". Still apart from a thoughtful nod, Shaurya didn't reply. Awara shrugged in dismay as he couldn't get much from his master.

Awara would have continued to nudge Shaurya with questions if not for a phone call. Shaurya gazed to check the unknown number and attended the call. But as soon as he heard the voice on other side, it grabbed his attention. Soon his face adorned with a sinister smile. Awara looked on as Shaurya spoke, "my men will arrive at your location and fetch you". He disconnected the phone and turned to Awara, "We will have a guest soon, Awara", he smiled wickedly, "I hope he likes what I have planned for him".

"Will this guest expect any special preparations?", Awara couldn't comprehend so he asked. His master laughed softly and shook his head, "Let's hope that the sleeping beauty wakes up when her prince charming arrives". Awara was a taken aback. He had misjudged that the woman whom his wife was tending is in a relationship with Shaurya. But seems like she belongs to another man. "What do you want me to do?", he asked Shauyra in confusion. He sighed and replied, "Nothing much. Keep the doors open so that she knows it all".

Shaurya peeped into the bedroom where Mehek was still asleep. True to Awara's words, his wife Imli sat beside her. She was eagerly waiting for Mehek to wake, so did he. But while Imli was eager about her well-being, Shaurya wants her conscious for his own wicked plan. He looked onto her pale form and guilt crept into him.

Last night Shaurya had felt a strange empathy for her. There was time when his nights were also haunted by nightmares. He was a small boy who was deeply affected by his mother's loss. Mehek too had lost her mother and she wailed for her parents support. His father had managed to get him the best treatment and support that brought him into recovery while Mehek had love and care from her adopted parents. Unfortunately, he had snatched her away from her safe haven.

Shauyra pushed away his guilt because he cannot soften up. People who killed his mother needs to be punished. In front of his vengeance, Mehek and Ajay were mere collateral damages. He informed Imli to let Mehek be on her own as soon as she wakes up.

Ajay walked in slowly after Shaurya's men dropped him at his door step. Vicky had tried his best to keep him safe. But as soon as he knew that Mehek was left with a dangerous man, he was desperate to free her. He managed to call Shaurya and told his willingness to surrender himself. Shaurya should have been impressed by his daring if not he was focused on his revenge plan. He got busy devising plans to torment Ajay and through him Vicky. He checked Ajay from top to bottom. Ajay looked weak and wounded but determined to face the worst. Shaurya smirked at his foolishness and connect to Vicky through a video call.

Shaurya punched Ajay, making the latter fall down helplessly. Vicky grimaced at his friend's condition. He was exasperated that despite his instructions, Ajay chose to face Shaurya. "I told you to wait, Ajay", Vicky spoke loudly. But rather than curt look, Ajay didn't respond. "Seems like your friend really cares about his girlfriend, Cousin", Shaurya mocked Vicky, "Too bad. Now I will have to torture him to death". He kept his booted leg on Ajay's hand to hurt him. Ajay wailed in pain but Shaurya didn't show any mercy. "Ajay!!!!", all turned at the fear struck voice of Mehek.

Clad in an oversized T-shirt and disheveled status, Mehek ran towards Ajay. She was still weak but didn't care. All she wanted was to save Ajay. She couldn't bear him in pain. But before she could reach him, Shaurya grabbed her by waist and held her closely to him. "Sweetheart, why did to take the trouble? You need to rest", he looked at Ajay wickedly, "especially after last night". His words hit the mark. Ajay grimaced while Vicky looked down guiltily.

Mehek was perplexed but she didn't care for clarification. She still tried to free herself from Shaurya's hold and reach Ajay. "You look so se*y in my shirt", Shaurya acted out, "But let us not waste time as you need to be truthful to the man who dared to save you, Mehek. Or will you deny that we spend the entire night together in my bedroom". Her eyes widened in shock but before she could speak for herself, Ajay spoke, "Leave her alone. You got me now so please let her go".

"Do you really want to save her?", Shaurya asked him. He assumed Ajay will be disappointed that his lover had spent a night with him. But Ajay's reaction rose his curiosity. "Absolutely", Ajay was determined, "I would rather die than let her spend another minute with you". His words got Shauyra thinking but soon angry overpowered him. "You won't die easily, Ajay", he threatened, "I will torture you till you beg for death". "No", Mehek screamed but none payed attention to her. "Do your worst to me", Ajay was determined, "but keep your word and let Mehek go". Vicky haplessly looked on as a mute spectator.

As goons were about to grab Ajay, Mehek gathered enough courage to cross Shauyra. She knew it was a bad move but she wanted to save Ajay. "Spare him and keep me here", she stood amidst him & Ajay and raised her voice, grabbing attention of all. They were still confused so she spoke clearly, "I will stay back as your slave. Torture me, Ruin me, Use me. Do whatever you want with me. Just let Ajay go". All men surrounding her were shocked.

"Mehek, don't you dare", Ajay tried to stop her but she looked determined. "You don't know what you are getting yourself into Mehek", Vicky rebuked her, "He will destroy you". "My life is already over. It doesn't matter anymore", she sobbed, "atleast Ajay can be saved". She folded her hands to Shaurya, "Please let him go". "No, you won't", Ajay interrupted, "Let her go", he roared.

Shaurya acted to be bored even when he was taken aback by Mehek and Ajay. He wondered whether they were cleverly playing him or genuinely cared about one another. He still wanted to believe that love birds were trying their luck and the current sacrifice drama was the last card in their sleeves. "Make a choice", he groaned while Vicky spoke in dismay, "Shaurya, please have a heart". "Then give up the deal and they both are free", he sneered at Vicky. "You know I cannot", he was truthful, "I am helpless else I would have done it already". "If you are helpless then I am heartless", he looked at his men, "Bring him to basement and Drop her back home". "No!!!!", Mehek grabbed lapels of Shaurya's shirt and screamed.

Mehek once again managed to shock them all. Ajay tried to reach her side but Shaurya's men blocked him. They knew that the lady had met her demise since she dared to cross their boss. Vicky too tried to put sense into Mehek but his ramblings were cut short when Shaurya disconnected the call. He held on her fingers the was clutched against his cloths and spoke menacingly, "Sweet heart, do you have any idea what you are getting yourself into?". All men prayed that she will come to her senses and apologize but she looked into Shaurya's eyes and nodded.
