And you began trusting him, and your odd friendship just developed further as he introduced you to two others of his sort, and somehow the three shadows helped you through these frightful, previous years. Be that as it may, right now you can't see them. They are no more there. You get an odd feeling because no matter what happened, there was consistently one of them sneaking around. Yet, presently you are alone, just joined by the shouts of different patients who are being tortured in their own cells. You sigh and embrace your legs while you cuddle closer into your cover.
Two days have passed and with them numerous anxiety attacks, however none of your shadows have showed up yet. You shiver and roll up in bed. Your stomach makes loud noises since you haven't eaten for quite a long time. Somedays the specialists and medical attendants simply disregard you and don't give you food. That is the reason practically everybody can tell that you are dangerously underweight.
One more week passed, and, strangely, you didn't get tormented any longer. At the point when you were so curious, that you asked the medical attendant what was going on and she just gave you a slap that caused your nose to bleed and left with a malevolent grin. You feel alone and abandoned. Nobody's here to accompany you any longer. What's more, steadily, you begin going crazy. Since you couldn't say whether your shadows are genuine any longer, you don't even know if they are real anymore, or if they were just a product of your broken mind, trying to relive the feeling of loneliness.
You yank out of your bed as you hear a loud BANG. You have never heard one before, however you can tell it was the sound of a gunshot, and you began shaking from fear, not knowing what will happen now. The shouts become louder than at any other time, however some of them sound grateful, appreciative that their helpless spirits are at long last being liberated and can discover harmony now. You can hear rushed footsteps and crazy chuckling. You hide under your blanket as you hear them stop before your cell. Once more, an uproarious BANG, and you feel the walls shaking and hear the entryway breaking.
You curl up even more when you feel somebody kneeling down close to you and gradually lifting your cover. Your eyes start to tear up, imagining that this will be the end now. You gradually look up, tears obstructing you from seeing appropriately, and recognize three tall figures before you. The one in front of you laughs, but there is something familiar in his voice that makes your tears stop. Could it be? The tall boy infront of you grins mischievously. Without a word, you throw yourself entirely into his arms, after recognizing these yellow colored irises that you've missed the last few days. Briefly, you are frightened that he will self-destruct under you, however he holds you tight, and the other two join him. Your shadows never broke his Promise, he just needed time.
