"No, no stop stop please PLEASE-" BANG! A loud gun shot followed by two screams echoed through the dark alley way, the first one filled with Pain and a body falling to the ground right after and the second one filled with so much sadness, so much grief that one could not describe it without shading a tear in the process. The only light coming from the moon and some street lights far away showed the bizarre scenery. The pleading of the man was almost inaudible by now due to the many tears and head shaking, his eyes however still expressed the terror and Fear while he held his daughter tight in his arms. His five years old daughter that now had a small hole in her chest, painting her Dads plain white shirt in an elegant burgundy red, while her yellow-lace dress was already completely soaked in it.
Her chest didn't move anymore, her last breath had already faded. The only thing the father could do, was looking into those dead, blue eyes who would never shine again. Would never shed a tear again, would never ever be shaded in color anymore because she stole her mothers make up. Her Mother that was lying dead right next to her, her finger still clasped with the ones of the father, who had already felt the warmth leave her hand. One more family, ripped out of their boring but safe life, bad luck being the only thing that brought them into this miserable position.
The man didn't care to scream for for help anymore, knowing that nobody would come rescue him. The killer stood in front of him, not moving. A black mask covering his face, dressed in a black coat, dark trousers and now originally white converse shoes, now painted in a new color due to the blood splashing till the place he stood, about 5 feet away from the family. By his hight, you could guess that he was probably about 22 years old He broke his silence.
"Why." a single tear ran down his cheek and got soaked up by the black face mask. "Why?!" Now he shouted at the confused man, stepping away from him. "I NEVER MEANT TO HURT HER!" His eyes, so full of regret and disbelief watched the lifeless body of the little girl. And without a second thought he threw himself into his fathers arms and hugged him tightly, the only family he had left now.
And the father, soft hearted and naive as he was hugged him back. Until he looked at his son and saw the gun pointed at him. He gave the boy a last smile, before the pulled pierced right through his left eye, making an even bigger mess than the other two. But the boy slowly stood up and didn't spare the three dead family remnants a last glance. They never did when he collapsed and told them about the voices inside his head. The voices who screamed, cried, laughed and comforted him, but he didn't need them, he knew he did the right thing.
