"We have to get to the others," Steve decided quickly after hearing Ultron's plan from Ana, and she nodded in agreement, both of them rushing out and back to the surface, Thor still down deep below.

As they made it outside, Ultron's bots started coming from everywhere and nowhere, civilians screaming in terror.
Steve and Ana quickly jumped into action, working to take them out while ushering people away into buildings or their cars to safety.

Suddenly, they felt the ground begin to rumble, the bridge near them breaking in half, and together they watched as the city around them began to lift off of the ground, Steve and Ana looking at each other knowingly.

"Do you see? The beauty of it. The inevitability. You rise, only to fall," they all could hear Ultron's voice over the chaos, coming through all of his bots. "You, Avengers, you are my meteor. My swift and terrible sword, and the Earth will crack with the weight of your failure. Purge me from your computers, turn my own flesh against me. It means nothing. When the dust settles, the only thing living in this world, will be metal."

Everyone was scattered, but everyone heard the message, and knew that this battle was going to be all or nothing. The literal fate of the planet depends on them, they cannot fail.

Ana and Steve went back to taking out bots side by side, Steve jumping to get one, but he was shoved hard into the hood of a car.

"Cap, Ana, you got incoming!" Stark warned, a little too late.

"Looks like incoming already came in," Ana sassed, Steve groaning and getting up.

"Glad to have you back, Karpov," Tony mumbled, and Ana could hear the grin in his voice, making her smile.

"Stark, you worry about bringing the city back down safely. The rest of us have one job. Tear these things apart. You get hurt, hurt them back. You get killed... Walk it off," Steve told the team over comms, Ana nodding in agreement, and together they got going on the job.

Ana saw a bot going for a family, and she hastily pulled it back, ripping it's metal body in half, then looking at the crowd. "Go! Run!" She yelled, fighting against more bots.
She saw Wanda and Hawkeye taking on a large amount out of the corner of her eye, disabling her final metal foe before running over to help.

She noticed that Wanda seemed to be getting overwhelmed, and didn't notice the bot flying right towards her. Ana made it to her in a flash, grabbing her and together they crashed through a home window, avoiding an explosion that very well could've killed Wanda.

Ana cringed, shaking off the pain and she turned to Wanda, who was whimpering on the ground.

"How could I let this happen?" She mumbled out, shakily, and Ana turned to her.

"Hey, are you okay?" Ana asked, looking her over, making sure the jump didn't injure her too badly.

"This is all our fault," another whimper, and Ana huffed, not tolerating the cry baby guilt right now. They didn't need that. She was going to be more of a hurt than a help if she didn't get some serious tough love.
