Initially, Yoongi thought Sorah didn't like him.
By initially he means, when it had just been a week, he had asked her for the breakfast date and Sorah was just getting comfortable around him. The poor girl had done nothing but be real with her intentions, but of course, Yoongi overthinks.
That he is not the type of guy Sorah would want to date. Because he isn't a romantic like Jungkook or Jin or a smooth talker (except that stunt he pulled when he first met her) either.
He wouldn't know what to give her on anniversaries or dates, whether she would like him to hold her hand or kiss her cheek— he won't know anything even if she lays out the most obvious options.
So no, he is not someone she would fall in love with.
But this haunts him, long enough to be one of his biggest insecurities and he hopes she falls for him somehow because he has always hoped that. Because he really really likes her now.
