The Comeback

Chapter 1

We've been at my grandparents house pretty much all day. When I say everybody and they mama in this bitch I mean it. I've been in my room tho with the door locked so I can get peace and quiet. I never been the social type people just always disappointed me so it was no point in tryna act like I cared about people.

I've been on my phone the whole time and just looking out the window I packed my things when we first got back cause I don't know when we leave.

Knock Knock Knock

"Come in dude" I said unlocking the door

"Who the hell you be thinking you talking to." My mama said coming in

"My bad mama thought u was someone else." I said laying back down

"Why you not out there with everybody? They came to see you before we leave girl." She asked

"You know I don't do people ma." I said

"I know but Hennessey just walked in and I know that's your partner in crime." She said tryna cheer me up

"Tell her to come in here." I said looking at my phone still

She just shook her head and walked out. Damn now I feel bad. So I got up and went to go see Hennessey.

"Ahhhh y/n/n!." Hennessey came running to hug me

"Damn y'all all short." I said hugging her back

"Watch ya mouth y/n." My grandma yelled from the kitchen

"My bad."

Smack smack smack smack

"Ouch what was that for." I asked looking my aunt that just assaulted me

"Why you keep doing dumb shit now you gotta move across country and leave me." She said looking like she was bout to smack me again.

"Oh my bad." I said walking back to my room

"That's it just oh my bad" she said following my trying to mock my voice.

"I do not sound like that." I said looking up from my phone

"Why you gotta act like that. Thats why you need a haircut" she said playing with my hair.

"I know you can help me wash it?" I said putting down my phone

"Yeah come on" she said walking to the bathroom.

I got up and started getting the stuff and followed behind her.

Time skip

"So what is it like being out" one of my cousins who I don't like asked

"The same ain't nothing changed bout me." I said shrugging

"I think the point of jail is to change" he said a smirk

I dont know what snapoed in me but once he said it I punched the fuck out the boy. I felt people pulling me off him so once I felt like I was done. I got up and walked out side to my secret spot.

"You good." Kiari said

"You know you can't let people get in yo head like you be letting your cousin. Thats what they want you to do get mad and flash out cause they know you will." He said sitting beside me

"I know but he do it on purpose and he know I can't take any pills or nothing like that. That's why I stay in my room." I said looking up at him

"Well you won't have to worry about that after tomorrow because we'll be on a private jet to Georgia then to Cali."

"Why we going to Georgia?" I said when we was walking back

"Studio and when we are there you can get this haircut that you need to be blessed with." He said laughing

I laughed with him and then we walked back in the house to see almost everyone left

Damn I kilt the vibe they had

"Damn niggas where y'all been." Hennessey said as we turned the corner

"Doing nothing what you mean" I said

"Well you're mother is in your room waiting and was wondering so." She says laughing

I started to flick her off but she threatened to tell my secrets. I can't have my mama know I put in work on the block. I mean she know but she don't know you feel me. In the streets and sheets if you know you know.

"You know she playing with chu right" Kiari said

"Man she always playing" I said walking to my room to see my mama laying down under the covers

"Hey" I said just standing there awkwardly

"Why you scared acting like you don't know me." She said looking up from her phone

"No I mean yeah I kinda a voided you the two years I was locked up." I said looking down

"I'm not going to hold that against you. You should know that I got your back and you got mine okay." She said to me

"Yeah ma I love you." I said with a smile

"I love you too now come on and lay down with me I haven't held my baby in two years" She said with a smile and her arms opened.

I happily got on the bed and layed in her arms and we watched movies and I got recorded and put on Instagram all night till I fell asleep.

Otay question of the day is What is my biggest pet peeve. I felt like I've said this a lot. With it be in an author's note or throughout a story. I'll come up with better questions. What y'all want updated next that's already published. Not stuff I unpublished. Although I do wanna know what book you miss the most. So yeah
