Chapter 3- Waiting for the Worms

Raya sat in isolation for a long time, where is she? Was the question she continually pondered. What if Nammari forgot them, what if she never came back. Sisu then came over and joined Raya. "Hey my gal." Sisu said gently. "Hey Sisu. " Raya responded. Raya then started to cry. "I just wanted her to be happy Sisu, I thought if Nammari changed the past, we'd all be happy, I thought we'd follow her, but, she's gone!" Raya started to cry a lot more. Sisu hug Raya. "Hey, its okay, you wanted Nammari to be happy, that's a great thing to do, no one could have predicted this." Raya cried into her dragon friends fur, Sisu knew Raya meant well, they needed to get out of here. Verena was straight up crying. Her daughter was gone, she couldn't feel her presence, the one person she loved, gone. Then Benja came towards her, "I'd say you're going to be fine, but I can say from experience saying that would be a lie." He said. Verena tried to calm herself down, but the thought of never seeing her daughter again destroyed her sanity. She cried into Benja's shoulder hysterically and he massaged her back. "I promise you, we will get your daughter back." Benja said gently. The way he talked sparked something in Verena. Something she hadn't felt since her husband died. "Benja," she said. He looked at her with caring eyes. "Yes," he said. "I think.. I think I love you." Verena said. Benja then kissed her with all his might, he loved her to. Neither of them felt this way towards anyone since there partners died. They kissed each other passionately for a while. They then broke the kiss and Benja said, " are you feeling better." Verena caressed his cheek, "yeah." She responded. They both found new love. Meanwhile- Raya and Nammari were in bed with each other. Raya had taken Nammari to a sword fighting tournament and they both had a great day. Raya was still worried about Nammari's panic attacks, but she figured they had passed. Until last night. Nammari started to scream in her sleep. This woke Raya up with a start. "Marri," she said. Raya tried to comfort Nammari by hugging her, but the screaming kept going. "Nammari, you don't need to worry about me, I will always be by your side, and no one will ever take me from you." Nammari continued to moan in her sleep, but Raya kissed her passionately and this calmed Nammari right down. "Whats happening to you?" Raya asked. Nammari then slept talk saying, "I love you." Raya shed a tear and said, "I love you to." It was morning, Raya woke Nammari up with her hand. "Good morning my princess. "Raya said. Nammari woke up with a start, she had another nightmare about Raya's death. "My love, " Raya said as she embraced Nammari, "why are you so nervous all the time. " Raya looked at Nammari with deadshot eyes, Raya demanded the truth. Nammari then gathered everything she had and told Raya everything. After over 15 minutes of explaining Raya was shell shocked. "So.." Raya said, "ALL OF THIS WAS A LIE!!!!" Nammari gasped, "Raya no, I promise, I love you." Raya paid her no attention, "I never should've trusted you, you binturri, I want nothing to do with you." Raya said as she walked out of the room. "Raya, " Nammari yelled"come back, I can't live without you!" Raya just kept walking, I'm not the one who lied to her wife. Then all of a sudden Raya heard a thud from the room. Raya instinctively turned around and gasped at what she saw. Her wife was on the floor, Raya quickly ran over to Nammari. "Nammari?" Raya asked her thinking it was another panic attack. "Dep la?" Raya asked more urgently, still no response. "DEP LA!!!"
