Chapter 9

Kia's POV
I woke at around 10ish I walked to the front of the bus Jinxx was the only person up he looked as if he had been crying I walked over to him and cleared my throat loudly to get his attention he looked at me and sniffed "morning" he said weakly I felt bad for him he looked broken I ran to him and gave him a hug and he sobbed into my shoulder I rubbed his back and did anything I could to comfort him after around 10 minutes he stopped he looked at me and smiled weakly "you okay?" I asked him concern evident in my voice he nodded "whats up?" I asked him sternly "me and Sammi broke up before I adopted you and I guess I haven't got over the fact that I'm still head over heels for her" I nodded and hugged him we didn't part for ages and when we did we smiled at each other then I ran into the kitchen and made chocolate chip pancakes and sure enough everyone piled into the living room thingie I gave them each a plate of pancakes and they all thanked me I nodded and sat between Megan and Jinxx after breakfast I asked "what's going on today then?" In a London accent that sometimes creeps in everyone looked at me "we have a show tonight then we're going home in the morning" Andy said "why did you go all London on us?" Megan asked "maybe it's because I'm a Londoner" I sang in my accent "seriously?" She asked I nodded "yup but moved to Nottingham when I was about 7 that wad were I met Jana she lived next door" I said casually "oh okay whatever" megan said and shrugged then her phone went ping!! She pulled it out of her pocket then put it back in "who was that?" I asked getting a monster "no one its nothing dont worry about it" she said I shrugged and said "okay" it wasn't anything new, her not telling anyone who she was texting or anything, "let's watch a movie!" cc shouted excitedly "batman!!" Andy shout enthusiastically "no!" Ash, cc, jake, and jinxx shout at the same time he sat back and pouted like a five year old "Sweeney Todd" I shouted everyone reluctantly agreed Andy cheered up then, I'm guessing he like that movie I sang along with Andy and when Mrs.lovett and Sweeney Todd did a song together I sang her bit and andy sang Sweeney Todds bit and the guys rolled there eyes "I'm goning to the bathroom" Megan announced we all nodded and she went.
after 20 minutes she still wasn't back I went to check on her "hey you okay?" I asked while moving on the door "uh yeah one sec" she said "Kay" I said and waited for her she came out and smiled at me while walking past me, I shrugged it off and walked to the front of the bus but she wasn't there "she said she was tired" jake said he must of noticed my confused expression I nodded and watched the rest of the movie and by the Time it finished it was time for sound check I decided to see if Megg was awake I went to her bunk and heard quiet sobbing I pulled the curtain back and saw her curled up on her bunk crying her eyes out I nudged her and she looked at me and said "I'm sorry..." It was barely audible i eyed her suspiciously "for what?" I asked she burst out in tears and rolled up her shirt exposing her hip it was coated in fresh cuts my heart broke she started again "why?" I asked in a whisper she handed me her phone I went threw her messages

I shook with rage I looked at who they were from I read the name Sophie Moore I growled "fucking bitch" I threw Megan's phone at a wall and it smashed it also left I sent in the wall "I'll buy you a new one" I said to her she shook her head "I'm sorry I could deal with her again" she whispered "get some sleep" I said to her she nodded and climbed into her bunk I told the guys I was going for a walk and that megan was still asleep they didn't question me I took off.

Sophie was a complete bitch she tricked Megan into thinking she was her friend when we moved to the school in congleton, i had an after school detention for telling an english teacher to fuck off because she was screaming in my face to tuck my shirt in which realy pissed me off...Anyways, " you gonna be okay walking back on your own"i asked Megan she nodded and said "i can walk with Sophie, gee, caitlin, and lauren" i hesitantly nodded and they went. Detention was boring as fuck and when i got to our room I saw Megan on the bathroom floor with was blood running down her arm and she was staring at it with tears freely flowing down her face "why the duck happened?" I shouted running to the first aid kit "Sophie.." She whispered "what" I growled "sh-she got Caitlin and l-Lauren to hold me down and she fuck up my face with make up and wrote wanker on my forehead then laughed at me I-I-I ran back here e-everyone laughed at me and c-called me a freak.." She trailed off I bandaged her wounds after cleaning them and putting antiseptic on them she thanked me it took us months to get her out of the habit but I refused to give up on her like everyone else and we both got verbal abuse from Sophie for months on end and she even beat megan up that when I snapped and gave her a broken nose, a busted lip, and a black eye. She never bothered is again or so I thought..

end of flashback

I was walking along a road in Chicago I'm from the uk so I obviously didn't know where I was going I was to pissed to care I turned down a street and punched a wall, my knuckles were bleeding but I didn't care I have a terrible anger and I needed to take it out on something, about thirty minutes later I got a text from jinxx

Where are you~jinxx xox

I looked around and spotted a sign that said 'Boden street' I texted it to jinxx and he said he would be here in five I heard the roar of an engine and saw the familiar black car with yellow racing stripes he pulled over by me "what happened to your hand?" He screeched I shook my head "got angry" I said calmly he nodded then drove back the bus I cleaned my wound and bandaged it then went to the draw user the kitchen counter and pulled out one of the iPhone 5s' and went to give it to megan, you see cc is terrible for breaking his phone so he has about six in a draw I'll buy him a new one when I have the money spare, she had just woken up I handed it to her "thanks" she said weakly "hey it's okay, but please give me all your blades we did this one we can do it again" I said she sighed and gave me about six and a new packet of them I nodded "anymore" she shook her head she looked very disappointed in herself I gave her a hug and said "don't worry we can get you through is" I smiled she smiled back "thanks" I nodded and climbed into my bunk and listened to my playlist then I remember my hand I went to clean it and bandage it I checked on megan she was asleep I blocked Sophie number and went back to my bunk I soon fell asleep listening to forget about it by all time low.

Jinxx's POV

We played the show and we were all stoked the crowd was amazing I was worried though the girls seemed slightly off today I should talk to Kia we haven't really had the father-daughter bond yet, I mean seriously she doesn't even call me dad and her hand look pretty bad but i didn't want to bombard her with questions incase she got angry again we did the meet and great and went back to the bus.
"You okay? You seem a bit....not yourself" ash asked me I sighed "I'm worried about Megan and Kia they haven't been themselves today I need to know what's wrong" I said "I agree" Andy piped up when we got back to the bunk both of the girls were asleep we hated to wake them but we needed to talk with them now.
I gently shook Kia she stirred slightly and rolled over "fuck off" she mumbled I chuckled "nope now get up we need to talk" I said getting more serious towards the end she slowly sat up "ok ok I'm coming" she said at that point Andy and a very scared looking Megan came down the alley towards us I joined Andy and the girls followed us we got to the living room thingie "erm guys do you mind going to the bunks? we need to talked the girl" I said on the was through the bunk door they stood up and walked past us when we heard the bunk door close we turned to the girls "sit.." Andy said sternly....
