Chapter 25

Amanda's P.O.V
        The boys have a show in less than a half hour. We are backstage now getting ready for the show. Hailey went home 2 hours ago to get ready with her friend.
"I'm so bored," I say.
"Me too," Luke says and then my phone rings.
"It's Lauren," I say excitedly looking at my phone.
"Hello," I say answering the phone.
"Hi," Lauren says.
"What are you doing," I ask.
"Getting ready to watch the boys' performance on TV," Lauren said.
        We personally asked if they would film this performance for mum, Lauren and Harry back home.
"Oh fun. We are sitting backstage waiting for the show to begin," I say sitting on Luke's lap.
"Really," Ashton says glaring at me.
        I just sigh sliding off Luke's lap and sitting next to him on the couch.
"What was that about," Lauren asks.
"I was sitting on Luke's lap but apparently your brother didn't like that," I say.
"Oh," Lauren says.
"Yeah, it's kinda annoying," I say.
"Yeah. When does the show start," Lauren asks.
"In 20 minutes," I say after looking at my phone.
"Can I talk to her," Ashton says.
"Yeah if you stop being annoying and let me sit on Luke's lap," I say.
"Whatever," Ashton says.
"Lauren, Ash wants to talk to you," I say.
"Okay," Lauren says and I get up and give Ash my phone.
        After giving Ashton my phone I go back to sit on Luke's lap. But I stop before sitting a kiss him.
"Seriously Amanda," Ashton says.
"Sorry Ash," I say sitting on Luke's lap on the couch.
        Ashton leaves the room. Luke wraps his arms around my waist and holds my hands to my stomach.
"You guys are so cute. I wish Calum is like that," Holly says.
"I could be like that," Calum says winking at Holly.
"Your so cute Calum," Holly says walking over to Calum and sits on his lap.
"I hate being single," Michael says.
"Maybe you will find someone soon," I say.
"I got to go. We are about to go on stage. Do you want to talk to Amanda again," Ashton says walking back into the room.
        After a minute Ashton hands me my phone.
"Mum and Harry want to talk to you. Are you guys gonna watch from the back of the stage," Ashton says.
"No we are watching from the front row," I say standing up and kissing Luke before they leave to go on stage.
"Hello," I say putting my phone up to my ear as Holly and I walk out to the front of the stage.
"Mum and Harry want to talk to you," Lauren says.
"Okay. I'll talk to Harry first since I know mum will talk forever," I say.
"Okay. Harry, Amanda's on the phone," Lauren says.
"Hi," Harry says almost instantly.
"What are you doing Harry," I ask.
"Watching the boys' performance. Mum is making me," Harry says.
"You don't want to," I ask.
"Not really. It's kinda boring," Harry says.
"Oh well the show hasn't even started yet," I say as Holly and I walk up to our spot in the middle of the front row.
"I know. Mum wants to talk to you," Harry says.
"Okay," I say.
"Here mum it's Amanda," Harry says.
"Hi," mum says.
"Hi," I say.
"What are you doing," mum asks.
"Standing front row waiting for the show to start. Which we have about 3 minutes until the boys come on stage," I say.
"Oh. I wish I was there to see them perform," mum says.
"At least you get to watch it on TV," I say.
"I know. That's better than nothing," mum says.
"Yeah," I say.
"So are you and Ashton talking yet," mum asks.
"Kinda," I say.
"What do you mean kinda," mum asks.
"I only talk to him if it's important really," I say.
"Oh," mum says as the boys start to walk out on stage.
        We just happened to be standing next to Hailey.
"I got to go mum. The show is about to start," I say.
"I know I'm watching it and okay. Call us tomorrow," mum says.
"I will. I miss you guys," I say.
"We miss you too. Bye," mum says.
"Bye," I say hanging up.
"Hello everyone," Luke says once he gets to his mic and the crowd screams.
"We are gonna start with 'Disconnected' and this song is really special to me because it always reminds me of my beautiful girlfriend, Ashton's sister Amanda, because it is her favorite song," Luke says announcing the first song.

"I love you Luke," I yell to him.
"I love you too babe," Luke says before starting the song.
