I tried to build Kasumi's house long time ago. This is how I imagined it. I build it in the game The Sims 4 XDD.

Of course there is furniture that doesn't fit there, because it wasn't in the game.

The garden should be bigger and around the house aren't other houses. In front of the front door you should see a field and in the back of the house is a forest. If you look in the front of the house and turn right, you will come to Yoh's inn.
