A year after coraline experiences her battle with the beldam.
It's Christmas and coraline is putting up Ornaments on the tall green pine tree ,she hears a song coming from the from the small door "la la,la la"

"Jonsey!" Wybie yells from outside Coraline's window, Coralline wakes up and looks at the annoying ticking clock and sees it's almost 12:30 and runs over to her window "Hey Wybie! I will be there in a second." She says in a hushed tone. She sneaks down the 16 creaky steps, down the hall and out the front door to see Wybie standing there patiently tilting his neck and rubbing the back of it. "You ready?" Wybie askes "Always" coraline replies.

They both run over to Mrs. Spink and Miss Forcibles's apartment and looks through the window, on the hard wood door "the coast is clear" Coraline whispers. Wybie opens the door slowly and a gust of wind blows in their faces as they tip toe in. Wybie pulls out a marker and puts mustaches on Mrs. Spink and Miss Forcible's poster. Coraline tried to hold in her laugh, but she bursts out with laughter . "Angus, is that you?" Miss. Forcible asked. "Run!" They both yell in fear. They both speed walk out the door and up the stairs. They pause then start laughing loudly.
"Good night Wybie." Coraline says "good night." Wybie replyies. Coraline yawns as she goes back to her warm bed and falls asleep excited for Christmas. "You're in terrible danger girl!", a little girl yells. Coraline has had this dream before. "the beldam is still out there." The ghost children exclaim. "what do you mean? I threw away the key." Coraline replies back. The ghost children look at each other and say "Yes.. but if she can send a doll to our universe who knows what else she can send here."

Coralline wakes up to the smell of pancakes and pine trees."yay pancakes!" Coraline says to herself while still thinking about the the children said. She walked down stairs and sat on the chair at the the end of the dining table and ate till there was nothing on her plate left, "mmmm, that was so good" Coraline said with a smirk on her face. "So, have any good dreams last night?" asked Coralines dad/Charlie." Meh it was more of a nightmare" Coraline replied "Tell us about it!" Coralline s mom exclaimed. "You guys wouldn't get it" Coralline said anxiously and annoyed "That's ok, after winter break you better get your grades up!" Coralline's mom yelled "ok fine".
