finally how Adrian had met Julian in 1912. He was telling me about his first year as a newborn after his transformation, He had saved this information in case he forgot, and had started talking about how Isla had become his new mother figure. 


Even how he had started becoming rebellious during his first years and what he had done to people, And how he had later returned to Adrian and Isla. He had gone on to tell me about Penelope's backstory, including his Brother Fraser's story. 


He had told me how they first ended up meeting the Blades, even how Elodie and Tobias had first joined his family. He had spoken about how happy he was to have a new family, also how lonely he had felt about being the only man without a mate for a few centuries.


I had run my fingers softly through his hair as I listened to what he was saying, trying carefully not to fall over my feet. As soon as we stopped, we had finally ended up at the forest beside the lake.


He paused slightly and gently wrapped his arm around my waist, as he pulled me closer to him.


"Aubrielle this is that place. the one place where I go when I like to think about stuff even after my transformation. I had been dreaming about bringing you here because this place is all I have now that I've told you about it.



love to be able to think about you whenever I go hunting, only me and you. I would love for it to be our place." Julian spoke lovingly.



"Of course, this is ours now." I had promised him. Julian's crooked grin grew wider, he gently planted a loving kiss on my lips, and had started fidgeting again, pulling me even closer to him.



"As I was saying a few hours ago, even the weather here is much more beautiful during the summer. Especially when the flowers grew and were always blooming. But it's always been peaceful here." Julian said softly. 



The lake was beautiful, taking a couple of steps back looking around at the forest. We stepped into the sunniest area and stared down at the beautiful looking flowers and Julian gently placed his bag down on the overflowing grass, I finally felt at peace here. 



"It's so silent and very peaceful here," I spoke happily. "Like there's no one else around here." 




"Which is perfect," Julian said softly, grinning widely back at me. He turned and had begun removing the stuff from his backpack: There was a beautiful lace duvet with fluffy pillows which




Julian had laid across the grass, including a white plastic bag which had included some cake, fresh fruit, cartons of orange juice, and some bottles of apple juices. Including some pink box of tissues that he had placed beside me. We had both silently sat down, as we gently began to..
