Shawn walks to Nash's house. His other friend Nick, has a car parked outside. Nick and Nash have been by his side since diapers. Shawn walks right in saying "I'm home!" He could hear shooting upstairs so he follows. Like always, they're playing video games. Nick is raging because he's loosing at COD Black Ops 2. Shawn stares at them both for a second. The game ended and everything seems quiet for a moment. "How are you and Marie doing?" Nick asks. "Okay I guess." Shawn doesn't look to sure of his answer. " is she still borrowing money?" Nash asked. "Yep. She apologized but I don't think she means what she says about borrowing. Just because I'm popular doesn't mean she can take advantage of me." Shawn doesn't no what to do about Marie. He wants to have a normal relationship. "Don't give her any money. She doesn't deserve you shawny boo" Nash made fun of his little name Marie gave him a while ago. " oh shut up!" Shawn chuckles. "So. What have you guys been up to lately? Let me In on the scoop." Shawn asked. They always share their thoughts, opinions, or even just talk about what happened in school. "I really want to ask Veronica out but she's dating that stupid lacrosse player Justin Anderson. What should I do? I still don't even have a date for the spring formal." Nicks facial expression is sad. "Find someone else I guess or just try to convince Veronica that you like her." Shawn said."I'm just going to find someone else." Nick says. "Mostly all the girls in our school like you. You just don't notice. Tiffany was flirting with you but you didn't seem to care or realize." Nash said. "Hmm... I guess your right. Maybe I should just pay attention more." Nick says. Shawn leaves after the boys have discussed their feelings.
