Epilogue
If somebody might ask me about my story, I will be starting by saying how wonderful the sun will always be, as soon as it descends in the horizon of the ocean right in front of me.
Thereby, I will say how much I love the deepest ocean our world could ever have, as they pulls me downward, and as I relishes the way they were the same ocean that my love have in her eyes.
And lastly, the waves that never forget to push me back from where I was, after being lost so many times.
It's always her.
It's always Liana.
We were once so bound to ocean, and cherish the perfectness of the twilight as it descended at the beautiful horizon of the ocean, and as it's rays reflects at the clear water into us.
As simple as what everything was planned, simple beach wedding is what we have dine, dedicating to what Lia always wanted to be at.
At the sea side.
We rented a beach house, where we know we could freely watch the sunset there after.
I am breathing heavily as I stand infront of their mini aisle where pretty flowers were used to design the whole beach wedding reception. Aiya started singing a song 'Stuck on You' requested by Lia. A priest standing right at the middle, smiling as watching the bride walking all the way towards me.
There she is.
My Liana.
I stared at her. As she steps at the white carpet in the middle wearing that light blue dress which she is in favored because she badly wanted to be as suited to the ocean right next to her.
I swallowed hardly, again implying how beautiful she always is. And there, I felt tears forming within me.
Her eyes, her smiles, her face. They were all the best part for me. Her chuckles are the sounds of waves in the ocean that always captivates me, and those eyes that I always want to look at me.
"Hi." I said as my jaw tightening, telling myself not to cry because I know that Lia's friends will kill me if I ever ruined the light make up they put to me.
"Lia, sure ka na ba talaga sa kaibigan ko? Baka napasma ka lang?"
Mabilis kong siniko si Meo nang dahil sa sinabi niya. He immediately laughed at my reaction.
My gaze filled by Lia's beauty, I am so down to her, and the feelings I have will always remain. She's the best thing that ever happens to me.
"You're so beautiful." I shook my head, holding the tears I have within me. I chuckled to cover the tears planning to stream.
Lia replied with a smile. Kahit pa pilitin kong itago, alam kong kailangan kong punasan ang luha ko.
I am getting married to the only person I know I will love the most.
I let everyone see myself, the emotional self I could ever be as the ceremony started. Aside from the priest right infront of us, my eyes won't leave the ocean infront of me, in Liana's eyes.
"You may now kiss the bride..."
A smile arose in me as the time we're pronounced husband and wife, the words I never expected will make the whole system of me tickles.
I faced Liana, and the genuine smile that is present in her lips dazzles me more. The smile I will never stop wishing to remain. The smile I will never stop wishing to occur because of me.
