Next day as usual noona came with my breakfast. She was kinda looked tensed. I asked her if everything is fine. She just said it's about the new patient. I felt like she wanted to tell me more.

"Noona tell me about this new patient " I asked her. She looked puzzled and confused but she told me that the new patient needs a heart transplant but none are matching. His situation is really bad.

"Noona it's been so long I went outside this room. Will you take me out?" I asked her in which she nodded. I was actually planning to pay a visit to this new patient. I don't know why.

"Noona you know you are amazing. I love you and thankful for everything you did" I told her. She smiled at me and asked me why am I telling these to her. I just smiled. I couldn't tell her that I won't stay long.

Suddenly I saw hyung talking to some older people. His face shows worries. The older woman was crying. Then hyung saw me and noona. I approached them. I bowed to them. So they still didn't find the right heart. Suddenly I said something which was unexpected. I have never behave like that.

"Hyung if my heart matches with the person I am willing to give my heart to him." Everyone was surprised.

"What are you saying Binnie?" Hyung asked.

"I am dying anyway this heart is no use to me."

"What do you mean dying baby?" Noona asked me.

"I'm at my last stage. There no hope for me. I willingly want to give my heart to the person. At least he will survive."

"Are you sure Binnie? You know your parents won't allow." Hyung said.

"That's why no need to tell them. They don't have time anyway." I casually said.

The older woman came towards me and hugged me. For some reason I felt warm. My mother has never hugged me like this.

Then I followed hyung. After some tests fortunately my heart matched with the person. When we came back I saw noona standing with tears. I didn't say anything just hugged her. I told her that I wanna meet the person who will be owning my heart soon.

I couldn't believe in my eyes. It was Kim Jinhwan lying unconscious in front of me. When I came out of the room I saw his mom.

"You are an angel my boy" she told me. I smiled at her and said "Aunty if you don't mind I want you to give him a letter."

"Call me mom baby. You are like my son now" I cried. Yes I cried in her arms. I never felt motherly warmth but she gave me that warmth.

Next day I gave my letter to mom. Then I followed hyung. He was getting prepared.

"Hyung"

"Do you love me?"

Yes but I couldn't protect you.

He then started sobbing.

"You knew since the beginning that you are loving a dying person hyung why?"

We can't stop our heart baby. The first time you came I fell. I knew the reality but I was selfish to let you go. For the last time I want you to know that I love you more than anything Hanbin.

"Hyung don't let me stop you. You know I am not dead. My heart will be alive inside of him. But maybe I am not the one for you."

I slowly opened my eyes. Everything was too bright. Then slowly I looked around. Mom came running. She hugged me. And started crying.

"What happened? Where am I?"

"You are at the hospital Jay. An angel saved you." My mom replied.

Everything was too confusing.
