There at the door, was someone with a skull mask and a big knife. We both screamed and shut the door and locked it. I ran over into her closet with her and I started searching for some sort of weapon. She's already calling the police and we hear the man stabbing through the door. Obviously other people could hear him and I assumed was calling the cops too. I couldn't find any weapons so I took a deep breath then ran out to the kitchen and grabbed a few knives. I gave one to Sadie- we were going the stay in her closet until he find us.
Long story short, the skull mask guy took off and the police are still searching. No one was hurt, theres just knife marks on Sadies apartment door. She has to stay at my room until her door is repaired. I feel weird saying i'm glad that happened... but like now she gets to stay at my apartment😏
Me and Sadie went on another walk but I was shaking the whole time. That skull man could be anywhere. She noticed I was nervous. "Y/n, I know your nervous about what happened last night but- i mean we both are and i promise that your going to be ok." Sadie said, smiling at me. "It's not me I'm worried about, it's you. You opened the door because I was nervous. If i would've been braver i just- idk." She looked at me in a worried way.
"Y/n I-"
"No, it's fine."
We walked home in silence. We didn't talk for the next few hours until I spoke up.
In anger i said, "Sadie I don't know why I'm mad at you, you did nothing and i'm just traumatized from last night. I'm so sorry. But I-"
"Can I kiss you?" She said.
I walked quickly to her and she grabbed my face and looked into my eyes...
