Chapter 10

SOFIA RAMOS' POV

The next morning, we all had breakfast together at around 9:30 am. Gabrielle promised Amelia, Diego and I that she would show us around the city. I am currently getting dress so we could leave soon. Vincenzo left right after breakfast, along with my brother, father and Lorenzo because they had work to do at the warehouse.

It's now an hour later and we were all sitting at a table, enjoying our gelato. Amelia and Gabrielle got up and went to the bathroom, so I took the opportunity to ask Diego about him and Valentino.

"Did you speak with Valentino on the jet?" I ask him.

"Yeah, we decided to give each other space for a while." He replies.

"Are you okay with that?" I question.

"I was the one who suggested it," He answers," I don't think Val was okay with it but I think it's best we distance ourselves from each other till we figure out how we want to move forward."

Diego never had a boyfriend before so I knew that distancing himself from Valentino was going to take a toll on him.

"You know I'm always here for you, Diego." I tell him.

A few hours later we were finally back at the house. I got a few outfits from the mall and a ring for Vincenzo that I saw and it instantly made me think about him.

It was hot so we all decided to cool down by the pool until I had to get ready for tonight. A few minutes later I saw Lorenzo walking towards us, unfortunately Vincenzo wasn't with him.

"Gabrielle, can I speak with you for a moment." Lorenzo says, his eyes focused on Gabrielle.

She nods her head and puts on an oversized T-shirt over her bikini before walking back into the house with Lorenzo. I didn't fail to notice the was Lorenzo wrapped his arm around Gabrielle's waist as they bend the corner.

GABRIELLE MORETTI'S POV

"What wrong, Lorenzo?" I ask him when we got to my bedroom.

"Nothing, I just needed to see my principessa." He replies, pulling me closer to him. [princess].

I blush at his words and bury my face into his chest.

"Do you think we should tell Vincenzo tomorrow?" I ask, raising  my head up so I would be looking at him.

"We have a meeting at the club tomorrow, we could tell him after?" Lorenzo says.

"He has a date with with Sofia, so maybe he'll be in a better mood than usual." I say.

Lorenzo leans down and captures my lips with his, we kissed each other until we were breathless.

"I have to go meet with Valentino now but I'll be back for dinner." Lorenzo tell me.

The mention of him leaving made me sad, even though I knew he was coming back in a couple of hours.

"I'll be back soon, amore mio." He says, pressing a soft kiss to my lips. [my love].

"Okay, I love you." I mumble.

"I love you more, la mia principessa." He says back, kissing me once again before he left. [my princess].

I was both happy and scared that Lorenzo and I finally decided to tell Vincenzo about us after so long. Lorenzo was my first everything and the thought of losing him scared me to death. I just hope that tomorrow goes well and doesn't end with my relationship with my brother, falling apart.
