Chapter 10

No use. Nothing can happen now. I burried my face in my knees and started crying silently. What had I done to deserve this. Why.... why me?!!
This was the only question revolving around my head. Why he did this to me only? What's the reason for this?
(TIME SKIP)
I woke up due to the sound of rain. Rain was pouring and lightning striking hard. I went near the window and watched the rain drops falling. A light smile crept on my face. How miserable my life is...... God...... just..... why ME?!
2 WEEKS LATER
I was sitting in a corner unable to move. 2 weeks have passed but he didn't give me at least a glass of water. My hands shaking, my body numb, I could barely make any move. Suddenly, door opened slowly and a ray of light fell on my body. I looked up to see an old lady walking inside. She came to me and knelt in front of me. I was so scared that i couldn't trust anyone. I tried to move back but she held me shoulder and gave me a soft smile which automatically brought a small smile on my face.
Old lady: Hello Ms. Choi...... my self Loraine....
Yn: H-hello..... btw you can call me Yn..
Loraine: Okay..... Yn
Yn: Can I call you granny?
She smiled and nodded her head.
Yn: Granny....
She hummed.
Yn: Why is he doing this to me?
       She kept quite. Then she got up and started to go out of the room. Before leaving she turned around and told me-
Loraine: Don't you ask that again.......hm?
Yn: B-but-
    She closed the door loudly. I sighed as more tears left my eyes.
Yn: Did I asked something I shouldn't have?
    Is his past that painful or they think I am not eligible to know the reason?
