chapter 11: death of a friend, a new iron hero rises?

(ACE POV)

it's been 6 weeks since i ascended to super saiyan 4, however since then i have been unable to access any of my powers not even my blue sharingan, i fear my powers may infact be fading away forever, i sighed as i looked up at the sky , i wonder how my old friend is doing " hey heimdall if you can hear me would you kindly open the bifrost?" (END OF POV) all of a sudden a rainbow bridge opened up and pulled ace from earth all to way to the realm eternal...asguard, as ace stepped through the portal he was greeted by heimdall " good to see you again, im sure thor will be happy to see you after the passing of stark" ace heart skipped a beat "wait tony's dead" heimdall then explained the events that took place while the worlds were splt "so thanos is the reason tony is gone? what about jarv.. i mean vision" heimdall shook his head " im afraid the vision is gone as well" ace sighed " i shall go see thor" ace walked away as he was greeted by the asguardians as if he were an asguardian himself. after making his way to the throne rom ace smiled "odinson! i have come to feast" the grieving thor looked up to see his mortal friend ace " AH yes ace it is great to see you my friend" the two shared a short hug "i wish our meeting were under better conditions " thor said in sadness " i heard about tony,  thor im so sorry if the worlds weren't split i would have joined the fight"  thor laughed " no need to be sorry" ace laughed " i see you are still worthy of the hammer" thor set down his hammer and smiled "yes but let us see if YOU have become worthy" ace was nervous " come on thor you know im not worthy" the god of thunder laughed "please humor me" ace sighed as he grabbed the hilt of mjolnir "even if im able to lift it i do not wish to rule asguard" thor nodded in understand for the legend says: he or she who lifts mjolnir well then rule asguard "here we go" ace said as he tried to lift mjolnir and to everyones shock ace lifted the hammer "what in the seven emeralds!?" ace shouted as he stood holding mjolnir as if it was light a feather "thor?,  whats going on man" thor too was in shock "i- i do not know but it seems you are worthy" over the years that ace and thor have been friends ace has never be able to  lift mjolnir, ace set mjolnir back down "im no ruler, thats your role thor" ace sat on the floor against the wall holding his head in his hands "are you alright ace?" thor asked as ace sighed " thor i been through so much shit that i just wanna scream" as ace sat on the floor lady sif entered "thor have you seen.....ace?!" ace looked up and smiled "hey sif hows my best student?" lady sif ran over to ace and hugged him" akk...sif...too tight...can't breath" sif let go "sorry ace i was worried you were erased when thanos snapped" ace shook his head " our worlds were split during that time" ace then explained to both thor and sif just what he has been though.

(10 hours later)

thor and sif were left speechless as ace sighed " so yeah thats been the chaos i been though" heimdall approched ace " i have found your friend cytrax  unfortunately he is in a world the bifrost can't reach" ace looked at  heimdall "where is cytrax?"  ace stood up as heimdall anwsered " he is a world called paladins"  ace smirked " if im right tony left me a suit and some blue prints heimdall can you send me to new york?"

meanwhile in paladins

cytrax had learned a socking truth that ash was his long lost sister and that xenobuster armor was originaly his birth right but before he was 18 he was killed by androxus( thats why cytrax was in hell when he met ace) androxus wanted the xenobuster armor for himself andif he had to kill  for it then so be it but now cytrax was learning how to use the armor in hopes of helping ace stop the order of blood from killing ace and ruling the world

tony stark's lab

8:16 pm

after ace found starks spare key he went to tony's lab and found a note

" hey ace if you found this note then im gone, i left you a few gifts, first is your old gunmetal suit" ace looked to his left and saw his old suit

ace then continued to read the note " second is a set of blue prints for a newer suit, i called you void eater for a reason pal, the blue prints are for your mk.1 void eater suit and your third and final gift i finished that AI you left behind  before the worlds split hope you don't mind, signed your friend tony"

ace looked over the blue prints "hmmm i see stark couldnt figure out how to pull the null particles together, hmmmm" splitting his time between the void eater mk.1 and being a hero ace had chosen to retire gunmetal and focus on the mk.1, after finishing the void eater ace smirked " time to suit up"

as the helmet closed and the HUD came up a voice spoke " hello dad it's been too long" ace was shocked felicity? stark finished you?" the AI responded " yup im fully functional" ace then set a course for the paladins world, with his void eater mk.1 armor he could travel between worlds "hmm since tony stark had his own theme i think i'll go with my own felicity play that jam for me" the ai responded " yes dad" ace smirked " im coming to back you up cy"
