I spend the hours of the night staring up at the ceiling above my head, it has been almost a year since I last saw her, since I watched as the blood leaked out on to the forest floor beneath us. That was the night she was meant to of died, the night I killed her but the question is getting to me now. Did she die?
Flashback:
We were quiet until the twig snapped beneath my feet. She turned around quick but not quick enough as her eyes remained the same emerald green as the blade sunk deep into her skin. Her fingers slowly wrapped themselves the blade as she fell back down onto the ground. After a few seconds she opened her mouth to say something but all that followed was more blood leaking out onto the open forest floor. I let my knees drop beside her. I could feel her last moment coming closer, I focused my gaze onto her face and saw a small smile grazing her lips, I felt like I also owed her one (knowing non of this was ever her fault, she had been raised this way. Unable to escape), so I let a smile fall across my lips as I saw the last light in her eyes fade away.
I must of thought about this moment so many times I'm starting to question even if that ever happened now. That one smile meant the world to me and I just don't know why. Was it because she was dying in my arms? Definitely not that's happened before and Iv never felt anything like that. A need to smile??? It's amazingly puzzling for me but it's not like I could go get answers I stabbed the Scarlett witch.
I let myself flop onto my side and stared across at the alarm clock which read 2:38am. Fabulous. I pulled my body up and reached for the lamp that sat on my bed side table, grabbed the book from the inside shelf of my wardrobe and opened it leaving the bookmark to fall onto my chest.
I read this book letting it take all my thoughts away to a world in a wardrobe narnia but that didn't last as the wind blew heavy outside causing to shift the pages of the book, to make my page fall back in between the rest. I tilted my head and glanced across at my alarm clock once more but this time it read 4:56 "god the days getting away from me" I grumbled in a sarcastic tone before placing the book back in the shelf and hitting the switch on the lamp, encoating the room in darkness once more.

I suppose I must of drifted of to sleep eventually as the ringing of my alarm in my ears drove up and out of bed. I threw a hoodie and a pair of black leggings on before heading into my bathroom to brush my teeth and hair and do some skin care. When I re-entered my room I saw a light on my phone turn off and NOT to my surprise it was fury. I grabbed my phone and sat down on my bed to read the long and detailed texts he sends

I grab my bag and head out the door, I'm not really questioning what he wants me for because at this point it could quite literally be anything. Ding.
