I stare at the. . . Bear . . . Is the Legend true? My parents never told me I had . . . .a friend that was an animal?! I stare at the Bear, and it seems like it's giving me the same weird look. The Bear gets up and stand on its hind legs, this thing won't scare me off that easily. I stand my ground and give a sinister smirk. Bring it
With that, it charges, but I quickly hold my hand out before me, my palms facing the Bear, and send a Shockwave that sends the Bear soaring to the back of the cave. I hear a sickening thunk and that scares me. Just a little. But when I see the electric blue fur fade back into sight. The Bear. . . . Is no longer a bear. It's a werebear. It was the Ghost Bear!
He was hot to say the least, but I have to stay focused. He steps closer to me, yet I still hold my ground. I want to step closer to him, but my feet seemed to be glued to the ground. Now, we were so close my chest was touching his. A stray piece of hair falls in my face, but before I can push out of the way, The Bear does it for me. He takes my chin in his fluffy palm. He tilts it back just a bit to I look into his eyes. He's searching for something. That I do know. But what?
Finally, after a moment of silence, he breaks it. "Amari." His voice was a little curious, but deep."How do you know me?" I ask, without thinking about it, my hand slides up to his shoulder. He smiles and with his other hand he plays with a strand of my hair. "Do you not remember your childhood? We used to play the time. Silly thing. I was sad that I'd never see you again. But now that you are here. I've wanted to show you something." He whispers. And before I protest, his soft lips touch mine. I stand there, and for a minute time slows down. I return the kiss, the memories slowly coming back to me. We used to play hide and seek, water polo, and pretend. All the time. This is what he needs.
He told me how his mother was killed by hunters, she gave her life for them. Can't say my mom did that for me.
He wraps me in a hug, pulling me close to his soft chest. The kiss grows a little more intense. With sudden strength, he picks me up and takes me to the cave. We walk for a bit and he finally breaks the kiss to set me down. A part of me wants to grab him and kiss him again. But another tells me to let him decide.
"That was. . . .amazing." I said in aw. Never have I'd been kissed like that. "I miss you, Amari. And I know this might sound weird but. I want to be with you." He replied, ruffling his hair. He walks to my side and sits down next to me, he takes my hand in his and squeezes. I squeeze back and smile.
"So, what bring you around here, if I may ask." He starts, chuckling as his eyes glint. "Um, I heard-"
"The Legend? Yeah, I'm becoming famous. What can I say?" He cuts me off."Yeah, when I heard the name, I thought I'd recognized it from somewhere." I laughed. Without thinking. My hand raises up to his chin and I hold it. It's a shocking feeling to say the least. But. . . .I like it.
"So, tell me, what are people saying?" He breaks the silence, which seemed to make the feeling awkward.
"I swear, people are coming all over to see you. This Halloween, be prepared. Tourists, and paranormal investigators will be swarming the area like angry bees," I warned, he brushed it off, but. That's who he is.
"Hey, I wanted to show you something too, but you have to promise me you won't tell anyone." He softly grabs my hand and leads it back down to my thigh. "Why would I tell anyone? Wouldn't it sound weird. 'Hey, I made out with the Ghost Bear, and he wants to show me something?' Yeah right. No one would believe that for a hot minute." I laughed, getting up from his straw bed as we talked.

"We are here!" He chirped, we stop at an old, rusty gate to the largest manor I have ever layed eyes on. "It's. . . .big." I struggle to find words. "You think it's big out here? Darling, you don't know the half of it." He pats my head, then he crouches and leaps high into the air. He launches himself over the gate and lands on the other side. "You try." He dares, giving me a wicked smile. "You're on." I smirk. I take a step back and soar into the air, my wings fold out behind me and land on the other side of the gate. Sparky folds his arms over his chest and pouts. "Show-off." He mutters. I playfully punch him in the arm, and that seemed to cheer him up.
We pass gravestones, some of which are unreadable due to weathering and nature taking over the stones. Some looked. . . New. Which was weird for an abandoned manor. Unless this is the only graveyard in town. Which I highly doubt.
"We call this place the Night Show. It's dead during the day because no one's here. Except for the goblins and Witches Werewolves that live here. Everyone usually goes back to their one grave and rest. But when night falls, this place is off the walls." He explains, he knocks on the door, and soon enough, someone answers it. The. . . .werebear. . .I guess, looked almost Identical to Sparky. Except, he was wearing a Hawaiian shirt with kaki shorts. "Hey! Welcome back! Finally see you took my advice." He looks over to me and winks, I give him a dirty look and he takes the hint.
"This is Amari. Remember her?" Sparky explains.
His brother gives me the dirtiest look I have ever seen.
"She's not welcomed here." He says finally, I can sense his aura isn't friendly. He pulls Sparky away from me and closes the door behind them. There I am, out on someone's doorstep.

It's almost an hour before Sparky comes out the door. It looked like he'd been in a fight, because one side of his face was terribly bruised. . . . .and it was the same side of his face that was blown to shreds that day in the ring by an outsider so many years ago. . . .
