"WHERE is the wedding?" 'Yon kaagad ang tanong ni Jacques sa ina niya ng makapasok siya sa mansiyon nila sa Barcelona habang ito naman ay naglalakad palabas ng mansiyon. "It's my wedding, but I don't even know where it's gonna be held and you wouldn't tell me anything."
He, Cloud, Parker, The Count and his brothers, Lady SM and the kids, Dimitri, North, Kamden, Khairro and Eliza, Shun and his family just arrived in Spain few hours ago. Valerian and Grace were invited as well, but Valerian still hates Spain.
Jacques visited his mother after settling down, Cloud and Parker were now at the Beaumont's mansion, Kamden went straight to Seville to be with his father, Uncle Kee, before the wedding, while the rest were with Count Knight in César's Mansion here in Barcelona.
Ramona looked at her son, he looked bothered, but she still chose not to tell him. "Nope. Not telling you."
"Mamá." Jacques pouted.
"It's a no, Jacques." May diing sabi ni Ramona sa anak. "It's a surprise."
"Mamá!"
Pinanlakihan ni Ramona ng mata ang anak. "Jacques, don't you dare raise your voice at me."
Mas lalong humaba ang nguso ni Jacques. "Lo siento, Mama. I just want to know. Mama Jada and everyone who knows about it doesn't want to tell me anything—"
"That's why it's called a 'surprise', me hijo."
"But, Mamá—"
"I'm not telling you anything." Ramona even tilted her head up like she was snobbing Jacques. "It's a surprise and you will find out tomorrow. Now, go back to the Beaumont's because i'm busy for your wedding. While you're resting today, make sure to ready your wedding vows. Bye, mi hijo."
Napatanga nalang si Jacques sa likod ng papalayong bulto ng ina saka tinawagan si Cloud. "She wouldn't tell me, Nube."
"Same." Sagot ni Cloud na natatawa. "I tried, but they wouldn't tell me as well. It's like a big secret, babe."
Jacques blows a loud breath. "Fuck! I hate this! It's our wedding! I just want to know!" Jacques tsked.
Cloud sighed. "Come here, come back to the house. I'll make you feel better."
Pouting, Jacques grunted before nodding. "Fine. Uuwi na ako."
"Take care, babe."
"Yeah, yeah. Te amo."
"Je t'aime."
Pinatay ni Jacques ang tawag saka bumalik sa sasakyan na pag-aari ni Papa Charlon at sinabihan ang driver na bumalik sa mansiyon ng mga Beaumont.
When he arrived at the Beaumont's mansion, Cloud was already outside waiting for him and he immediately spread his arms for him.
Pouting, Jacques went to hug Cloud.
"Why won't they tell us anything, Nube?" Jacques was annoyed.
"It's a surprise. Let's just let them, okay?" Pagkausap ni Cloud sa fiancé. "Ang mahalaga naman ay ikasal tayo, 'yon lang."
Jacques sighed. "Fine." He sighed again. "Where's Parker?"
"With my parents for the fitting."
Kumunot na naman ang nuo ni Jacques. "How about our fitting? What if the tux is too big or too tight?"
