"bye Lex!" my mom likes it when I do tutoring, she was a teacher for a while and she probably wants me to be one too but I don't know what I'm gonna do, I'm pretty good at English and math so that what I tutor people in. last year I tutored this girl who did not want to be there. I honestly don't blame her.

It's always so humid in the summer. I get into my car, I'm actually surprised that the car is still alive. I start driving to my school and think of the people I haven't seen all summer. I've seen Eli a little bit, and other people from my friend group. To go to school I have to drive by the Gallaghers house. I swear I can smell the cigarettes from here.
