I couldn't find Morgan anywhere. The mass of people in times Square was unbelievable, honestly. I tried calling her cell for the hundredth time, but no answer, no returned phone call, no text message. I was getting nervous, really, really nervous.

I wanted to try and call Alex, but I hadn't gotten his phone number yet, damn it.

I looked around the city and saw everyone in cheer. Everyone was bringing in the new year with big smiles and loud voices. This had been my best new years yet.. especially being in this city with all of these strangers I didn't know.

Trying for Morgan's cell once more, I feel someone grab my shoulder and twist me around. When I look up to see who's touching me, I come face to face with my mystery new years eve kisser. The guy with the bright blue eyes, and the genuine smile.

"Wha-what are you..? How did you...?"

"Find you?" He questions.

My nerves are back, and on high.

"I couldn't let you... I just... I couldn't let you go without knowing your name." His voice is smooth and firm all at once, and I'm becoming dizzy just being around him.

"My name? You followed and found me to find out my name?" I question in disbelief.

He looks around the crowd and then back to me. His smile is bright, and the way the lights are hitting him makes me feel something deep within.

"I just.. did you feel them too? The sparks?"

I look at him again, but this time in his eyes, and my stomach bursts with butterflies. He felt them too??

"Look, I don't want to scare you off, but I just wanted to know if you felt them too? I just need to make sure I'm not going crazy."

His voice is soothing, but his eyes are desperate.

"I.. I felt.." before I could finish, my phone was ringing and I saw Morgan's face light up my screen. The mystery guys phone lit up as well, and the way his eyes changed from soothing to scared worried me.

"Look, I have to go, but I just need to know your name. Please." I look down at my buzzing phone, and look back at this man before me.

"My names.." I'm unsure if I should answer him, or even give him my name.

"It's what?" He questions. I look around me, and spot a picture of Olivia Wilde on a poster board.

"Olivia. My names Olivia." He looks at me and smiles widely.

"Olivia; Olivia." He repeats to himself.

He gives me one last smile and leaves immediately. When I look back down at my phone I answer and get bombarded with sorrys and happy new years. I find out where Morgan and her best friend are near and plan to meet up with them soon.

Mystery man still roaming my thoughts as I walk through crowds of happy and cheerful people.

...

"You don't mind, do you, Riley?" My minds running on a million thoughts a minute, and I feel bad that I don't even know who is talking about what.

"What did you say?" I ask.

"I asked you if you wouldn't mind dancing in Ellie's wedding? Her brother was adamant about being left out of the wedding, but he showed up out of the blue and surprised Ellie telling her that he changed his mind, and he wants to be in her wedding if she'll take him. He doesn't have a date to the wedding, and we already had everyone paired up. But since you're going to be a part of the planning of the wedding for the next few weeks, Ellie would love if you could be a part of their first group dance,?" I look at Morgan who has hopeful eyes, and then look towards Ellie who has a wide and beautiful smile gracing her lips.
