"I've only got 1 month left since no one have donated an kidney for me."she said

"I have no heart donor too so I only have 1 month to live up my life also."he stated

"So you have to promise me that we will die together okay?"he said as he ask her.

"Of course!"she answered.

"I love you Y/n" he said. "I love you too Wonwoo" she replied.

Wonwoo and Y/n met each other on the hospital they were staying. Both of them have illness and will also die anytime soon.

Y/n have an kidney disease, where both of her kidneys are slowly dying. The doctors and her parents tried their best to find her a donor but they have failed on finding one.

While Wonwoo have an heart disease and he is also close to dying. His parents and the doctors did the same too but they have failed also.

So the two accepted their fates that they are going to died soon. So since they were both dying and never experience dating, they decided to date each other and Love each other.

When the two of them are together, they always give a smile on each other. They forgot every sadness they have that this world give them. They give a light on each other and promised to die together.

"Wonwoo I'm sorry."Y/n said while keep bursting on tears.

"Why?! Why Y/n?! Why?!!! You said we will die together! Even there will be someone to donate we won't accept it! We promise that to each other, remember?!" he said

"Wonwoo! Yes we promised that! But I still want to live my life Wonwoo! Now if you don't want to live your life then go and die!" Y/n exclaimed.

Wonwoo stayed quiet for a moment after hearing Y/n's words.Those last 13 words hurt Wonwoo so much as if he was stabbed by a knife that hit his heart.

Not knowing Wonwoo's tears fell from his eyes.

"You never loved me didn't you?"

"...."

"Y/n answer me, YOU NEVER LOVED ME DIDN'T YOU?!!!" he shouted.

"YES! I NEVER LOVED YOU WONWOO! I NEVER DID! Now if you want to die then die alone!" Y/n said.

"Huh I hate you.I regretted trusting you, being with you and for loving you so much! "Wonwoo said

"Y/n it's time for us to go."Y/n's Mom said.

"Okay mom"she said. "Goodbye Wonwoo, it was nice meeting you. And I'm so sorry" she said then bowed her head then leave the room.

Wonwoo was left dumbfounded. Wonwoo is guy who doesn't cry infront of other people even in front of his parents he never cried.

But now he cried,

He cried infront of Y/n, do you know why?

Cause he was really hurt, He is in pain.

And because he really loved Y/n too much. He treasures Y/n so much than he treasures his self.

Wonwoo's parents and his doctor entered the room and comfort him because if he will continue crying he might lost concuisness and might die today.

But no matter what comfort they do Wonwoo never stop crying.

He won't, he won't stop and he never want to stop...
