Wonwoo put the bouquet of flowers on a girl's grave yard. Wonwoo looked at the name of the owner of the grave and smiled.
"How's life up there? Are you good? BTW, Happy Birthday to you. Sorry if we haven't visited you this fast few weeks. We are just kinda busy. So sorry."he said.
"Oh come on Wonwoo she won't get mad at you so stop the sweet talk and come here and sit with me."she offered and Wonwoo chuckles and sat beside her.
"Are you jealous?" he ask
"Me? J-jealous? No I-I'm not!" she said
"Oh come on Y/n I know you. You're jealous."he said and poke her cheeks to teased her.
"Tssk stop it" she said and yanked away Wonwoo's hand.
"Oh come on Y/n don't be jealous~your still my girlfriend.
"I know but I am not just used to whenever you talk to her with that sweet tone of yours."
"Oh come on Y/n she's still your cousin who save us both from death. I am just very thankful to her for her kindness."
"Yes I know. Okay I'll stop now" Y/n said and looked at Wonwoo who also looking at her.
[FLASHBACK]
"So the reason why Y/n doesn't to meet because she is very embarrassed for the things she said to me before?" Wonwoo said to himself while reading the letter that Tristan hand him.
//My cousin was supposed to only donate a kidney for me. And yes she donated a kidney to me but after few days she got into a car accident. While she is in the hospital she said to me that if she dies we'll give her heart to you so you can also live up your life. // the third part of the letter says.
Wonwoo was speechless after he read that part. He put his hand on his chest and feel the beat of his heart.
"So this is her cousin's heart? Is that why Tristan warned me about taking care of myself? Woah..." Then he continued reading the letter till its last words.
//I am sorry Wonwoo for the things I have said to you.. Pleasee forgive me love. And thank you for accepting the chance that my cousin gave you to have a another chance to live. I love you. //

"Will you marry me?"he asked and Y/n smiled and answered...
"Yes Wonwoo, yes i will marry you."then Wonwoo hug her tight and kiss her cheeks.
"I love you Y/n, I promise to stay by your side till our last breath."
"I love you too Wonwoo, and I promise you too to stay by your side and will die together with you."then Y/n hug him back.
"Let's Die Together y/n. Together..."
