HP - To have Knight blood

Chapter 2

The next two years was spent having fun with each other. They had learnt through the years that Charles liked to run around and play with people and was rather fussy whereas Hadrian liked to cuddle, sleep, and have people read to him he was an easy baby as long as he had someone to cuddle with.

Nobody said it out loud, but Hadrian was everyone's favourite, and he was definitely a daddy's boy while Charles was more of a mommy's boy.

Hadrian was still very fragile and small and was only roughly the size of a 1-year-old whilst Charles was roughly the size of a 3-year-old. Charles had spent all that morning playing with his blocks and building towers and such as he waited for his mother to finish making breakfast.

However, Hadrian had spent that morning sat on his father's lap cuddling into him and sleeping as his father read the newspaper waiting for the kettle to finish boiling.

Soon enough Lily had finished making breakfast for Hadrian, Charles, and James. As soon as James realised that the kettle had finished, he went and picked a bottle out of the cupboard and filled it up to the line with water then filling the rest with milk adding in three tablespoons of vanilla and added a little honey, after doing that he filled the rest of the bottle with a nutrition potion. When he finished shaking it and mixing it together, he woke up Hadrian and gave it to him.

One of the reasons he was so small was because he couldn't eat much so he was always given the nutrition potion to help him stay healthier, the reason he was given the potion in a bottle was because they found that the milk worked best to hide the taste of the potion, making it easier for him to take.

After drinking his bottle, he picked up his little bowl of yogurt and strawberries, he ate about 2/3rd before he was full and couldn't eat anymore. After everyone was finished, he and his father went to get dressed to get ready while his mother took Charles to get ready, they had been planning on going to the park with Sirius and Remus that day. Hadrian ended up in a grey t-shirt, black joggers, a matching black jumper with the words 'lil king' in gold on the front and some with white lace up trainers with black details on them. When he came down, he saw Charles was wearing blue jeans, a blue hoodie, and the same shoes as him. He spent the next few minutes walking to the park with his parents, then he got there he immediately ran to his godfathers, by the time he was in arms distance Sirius was knelt on the floor with his arms wide open and pulled him up into a hug. The family spent the day talking and having fun, they decided that Sirius and Remus would stay the night.

When they got home Sirius and Remus got changed into their pyjamas and changed Harry into a new pull up and his Stich onesie. When they finished, they sat on the couch with Harry all getting comfortable.

Harry was at in Sirius's lap cuddling him and playing with his hand whilst Remus was snuggled into Sirius's side with a giant blanket over them as Remus a read a story for Harry.

Walking into the room to get them for dinner Lily found them all just as they were but only, they were all now laid asleep, the book loosely held in Remus's hand resting on his lap, after awing at them and taking a few pictures she left them to sleep.
