It had been a few months now since Hadrian now Mika was officially adopted by the Knight family. Since then, he had met his mothers sister Alexis Quarts and her daughter Chloe Quarts. Also, after that he met his fathers sister Alice Knight and her two adopted sons Milo and Zane Knight. Actually, Chloe and Zane were dating, they had been since before Milo and Zane were adopted.

Finally, to finish it off he met his fathers half-brother Sirius Black who he found out was actually his godfather from before he was adopted and his boyfriend Remus Lupin. Although he had not yet met his fathers cousin Narcissa Malfoy. He had become very close to his new parents especially his father, he was definitely more of a daddys boy. 

It was now September first, and the Knight family was at Kings Cross, Mika was starting school now. Saying goodbye to his parents was really hard for him, he knew he wouldnt see them for a while, and he was still afraid to be alone. He needed constant reassurance that they werent going to leave him and was very scared to be away from them for a long period of time.

Slowly with tears still falling down his face he walked onto the train and found a compartment near the back of the train. When he got to the compartment he sat down and wrapped himself in his blanket that he got from his mother and his koala teddy from his father. Sitting in his compartment Mika sat playing with the ring on his finger. It was his magic adoption ring.

The ring was a symbol, it represented the magic bond. It magically appeared when he was blood adopted, it meant that the bond had been accepted by lady magic and that the bond was eternal.

His parents had bonding rings too, his fathers was pure black but the middle had been cut out all the way around in the middle and filled with a row of diamonds. While his mothers was a pure black ring with a square diamond on the front. Mikas ring was a silver band that had a stunning black diamond in the centre.

When the train set off, he broke out of his trance and pulled a book out of his bag. The book he pulled out was his favourite, it was a story about a princess that saved her kingdom.
