Bonnies heart pounded as she heard those words. She stood still, not understanding him. A moment passed whilst they stared at each other. Bonnies mouth went dry as she felt fear swell up inside of her. He started moving towards her, slowly like she was a skittish animal. The closer he moved towards her, the more fear she felt. When he was just a few inches in front of her Bonnie thought for sure he would try to grab her but he never.

Bonnies heart pounded away faster in her chest. How could he do this to her? The seconds turned into minutes and still he didn't move.

She waited several minutes just staring at him before slowly inching backwards. The raw feral look in his eyes appeared, one she'd seen many times before. With sweaty hands she grabbed the corner of the island marbletop and positioned her self opposite him. When she finally looked up at him again she noted him breathing heavily. His jaw ticking.
The place where she was seemed very quiet. She didn't want to know why she couldn't leave. Rasper suddenly rounded the marbletop shocking her for a few seconds before she gathered her bearings. With Rasper close behind she took of towards the stairs. Right before she got to the first step hands grabbed her waist. Someone grabbed her arm and she was thrown off balance. Her footing slipped from under her, both her and her captor went down against the stairs. Her arms hit the 3rd step and she tried pulling herself up.

"No Bonnie" Raspers word were dark and feral "You can't leave"

Where were the people she heard earlier? Surely someone had to be around to help her. Although if they knew Rasper she probably wouldn't want their help. He seemed nice and always polite when they spoke before and chemistry that crackled between them was astounding. But now she had to think where that man was. Because it's not the same one now. She clawed desperately at the stairs but to no avail.

"Bonnie you need to listen to me" he whispered harshly in her ear" I'm not trying to hurt you. I would never hurt you. You just need to let me explain please sweetheart" his words were whispered gently against her ear, his breath caressing her shoulder. He pulled her up and into his arms, she felt like a rag doll his strength was immense.

She found herself in the room where she first woke up. He put her on the bed and she scrambled back away from him. She glanced around taking note the only was out was through the door behind him. Unless she wanted to take a chance out of the window but seems as their on the fourth floor she would probably end up with a few broken bones. The likelihood that she could escape out the window before he caught her was low.

The dark look in his eyes spoke volumes. She didn't know what he wanted or planned to do but she was scared nonetheless. He held his fists tightly to his side that his knuckles were white. A sharp contrast to his tanned skin.

"If you just stayed in here Bonnie I could of explained before" the hard look in his eyes dimmed a lot, but it was still there. She was shocked to see vulnerability but it was there also.

Shock flew through her body. Oh, God. He knew she was awake. Bonnie felt the heat on her cheeks. Raspers lips tilted up in the corner partially and he took a step closer.

"Did you really think that I couldn't tell the difference between someone asleep and awake? I knew as soon as you woke up Bonnie" He took a step closer "But we need to talk Bonnie" he stepped closer again. Her breath caught in her throat as she looked away from his eyes to finally note his naked chest. All hard lines and muscles.

"Don't worry Bonnie, I would never hurt you" He looked so sincere it pulled at her heartstrings. Rasper walked the last few feet towards her. Bonnie felt the headboard at her back and knew that she was trapped. She didn't want to talk. Just go home. He reached out his hand and Bonnie acted on pure instinct she lifted her leg up and hit him straight in the groin. His eyes widened and a groan escaped him as his knees buckled to the floor.

Bonnie took the oppurtunity to escape. She slipped of off the bed and moved to the door with rushed footsteps steps. Rasper grabbed her ankle before she made it. She fell forward onto her stomach the air whooshing from her lungs. His grip was tight and unyielding. He pulled her backwards to him as he sat bottom to knees with his thighs spread. He twisted her until she found herself on her back before him.

"Bonnie just hear me out" He hauled her from the floor as the first drops of tears trickled down her cheeks. Her eyes pooling with the unshed water. He crushed her to his chest, his familiar calming scent dominating her senses.

Bonnie opened her mouth to talk but only croaked sounds came out. He held her tightly in his grip smoothing her hair with his large hands. He cooed soft words in her ear rocking her slightly.

"Your safe Bonnie, shhh baby please" his whispers held panic mildly, like he didn't know what to do with a crying woman.

Hot tears slid down her cheeks splashing his chest. She struggled whilst her sobs softened lightly. It was no use, he was pure muscle and didn't seem to want to let go.

"Bonnie no body here would hurt you" Hias hand continued to smooth her hair " They would never lay a finger on you. Trust me. They would rather kill themselves than hurt you" his beating heart helped steady her breathing."I told them not to let anybody in if they heard you scream. Otherwise this room would be full with people wanting to protect you Bonnie" His loving tone made her tears slow down.

"I just want to go home" her whiny tone made her cringe. But she didn't care. Bonnie struggled in his grasp but his muscles prevented her from going anywhere. His legs captured hers between them and his head rested on top of hers. Effectively caging her in. But she felt safe in his arms. The man she knew making an appearance once again.

"I know and I'm sorry, but you can't leave me Bonnie" Her heart broke at the hurt she heard in his voice. She gave up her struggling and relaxed into his body. She waited for the rest of his words. His silence made her look up. Caught in his gaze she couldn't look away."I'm werewolf and your my mate"
