I was looking around the viewing area, searching for my friends who promised to fetch me here at the airport but I couldn't find them so I just take a sit while waiting for them.
After a while a lady sat beside me, I think she's also waiting for her service.
"Waiting for your family?" the lady beside me said
I looked at her and pointed myself
"Yeah..." she laugh a bit "sorry, I got bored kasi e." she added
"It's okay, I'm waiting for my friends. How about you?" I asked
"I'm waiting for my friends as well and my special someone" she said with a smile
We chat at the viewing area until lunch came, my friends texted me saying they're stuck in the traffic so male-late sila ng dating. Stella—the girl at the viewing area earlier— and I decided to eat at the restaurant inside the airport, since her friends are gonna be late kasi may dinaanan pa daw.
"He's a good guy" Stella said she's talking about her 'special someone' as I see it I think she likes the guy so much
I'm also talking to a guy I met online, we became duo since we're both playing online games, and I think I like him.
"That's good to he—" I stopped talking when her phone ring.
"Sorry, I'll just take this call." she said I just nod as a response
"Hello, asan na kayo?" she asked the person on the other line
'They are here' she mouthed I smiled at the news while my mind said 'Sana all'
After minutes of talking she ended the call and looked at me.
"Hey, are you done? Let's go, I want you to meet Lourise" she said with a smile getting excited now.
"Sige, punta muna ko ng cr." I said then make my way to the restroom
After I retouch my make up I return to our table and pay the bill, she offered to pay the bill but I refuse.
"You're pretty." she said randomly
"Salamat, ikaw din" I replied
I only wore a black puff sleeve dress that was under the knee, I paired it with combat boots and I also wore black bucket hat while Stella wore a white tank top paired with a brown side slit skirt and wore white sneakers, she's also wearing jewelries
Habang naglalakad pabalik ng viewing area ay hinahanap ko sa loob ng sling bag ko ang phone ko dahil kanina ko pa nararamdamang nag-vibirate. Napahinto lang ako nang hatakin ako ni Stella.
"Selene, I'd like you to meet my friends Sarah and Clark..." I heard Stella introduce me to her friends.
I stop searching for my phone and I stand straight so I could introduce myself formally.
I smiled at Sarah and Clark but my smile faded when I saw the guy who's hugging Stella and saying he miss her so much
It was... it was the guy I like Cedrick Montenegro.
I felt numb all of the sudden, I was sweating bullets and my hands are trembling because of shock.
If it's not because of Sarah I won't be back to myself
"Hey girl, are you okay?" she asked
I looked at her "A-ah yes, I was just shock. I thought I saw someone that I know" I said then looked at Stella and Cedrick's direction "btw nice to meet you Sarah and Clark? Right?" I laughed a bit
They nodded "Yes, don't mind that two they're always like that" Clark said
I saw Cedrick stopped from where they're standing when he realized that it's me.
"Come on Rise, I'll introduce you to the girl I met earlier" Stella said excitedly said while pulling Cedrick's hand "Lourise this is Selene, Selene this is the Lourise my special someone" she said happily.
I smile a little and offer my hand "It's nice to finally meet you" I said but the 'finally' is whisper
"Same here" he calmly said but when he reached for my hand it was sweating, he even gripped my hand a little tighter.
My heart was pounding fast and loud, but I also felt it shattering into pieces. We hold each other hands a little bit longer while staring at each others eyes. I bet Stella didn't notice since she was busy talking to her friends.
Then my phone vibrated so I immediately pull my hand away from him. It was my friends asking me where am I. I told them I was in the viewing area.
"Are you guys going na?" I asked
But Stella insisted that they'll accompany me while my friends aren't here yet. I just nodded because I have no energy left to argue.
Not so long had pass my friends came at the scene. They're seven all in all. The fvck
"Huh? You guys already met?" that's the first thing Isha said. I made her shut up by putting my point finger on my lips
"Clark?" Clifford said, Clark who's been talking to Stella looked at our direction.
"Hey, it's been a long time" Clark said
"Long time my a*s we're just together last week at BGC" Asher join the conversation
"So you guy's know each other" all eyes we're on Stella who just spoke.
"Me, Asher, Pat and Clark we met at the club
