Fred POV

The first day at work went less busier than I am usually used to.

Most of the work I had to take care of were those of my company in New York. I had left my trusted president to take charge of the company as I'm gone but there are some things that my consent needed to be taken on so I was called and work came from there as well.

But nothing much came from Eden. Well it was expected as I just came here to open my business. My company is one of the best at interior designs, architectural house planning and housing with the best civil engineers, architects and interior designers that I'm sure we'll take off in no time.

Soon people will hear about us and contracts will come so I'm not worried about that.

I took up my phone and logged into Facebook and checked if I've gotten any messages.

I came across my accepted friend request from Happy but no message from her.

It seems she just accepted every friend request without checking them. Well that's good for me.

I sent a message, 'Hi.'

No reply came for more than five minutes then I remembered she must be working right now.

'Because you have free time doesn't mean everyone does.' I said to myself.

Hmm, she must be working at my place right now. So many things need to be cleaned but I'm sure the work should last only a week.

I sighed.

Although she's working permanently at my house now, I still might not have the chance to speak with her.

This isn't right, I need to find Happy White as soon as possible, well the real one, I mean the one I knew.

This one working at my house might just lead me to her or give me something.

I called up my private investigator, Russell.

"Yes boss." He answered from the other end.

"Russell I need you to come work for me here, there's someone I need you to investigate for me." I went straight to the point. "Come to Eden and I'll play for your trip." I ordered.

"Boss, have no fear I've got guys over there and they are recommendable. I'll just forward their contacts to you and they'll do a throughout investigation for you." Russell said from the other end.

"Tsk tsk tsk tsk tsk." I shook my head in disapproval. "You know I don't like people solving my business for me except you so why are you refusing me?' I questioned.

"You know I pay well or do you want me to increase the pay? If that's it then we have no problem there. How much do you want?" I asked him, trying to persuade him. He likes playing hard to get with his job so he has value.

"Boss it's not about the money." He answered.

"What is it then?"

"I've got some personal issues here that needs urgent attention to."

I paused for a moment. "How long will it take?"

"I'm not sure..."

"Hmm, do it quick then come here and investigate for me. No one else is doing the job except you."

Russell is the most loyal friend and worker of mine, I trust no one else even though sometimes he tried to be hard to get.

If anyone finds out about when I'm doing and captures him for information, I'm a hundred percent sure he'll keep his mouth shut even under torture.
