The reason why she has scars on her body & different colored eyes is for the ✨plot✨
-When Ciel and his brother were kidnapped on their 10th birthday & their whole household was murdered, 15 yr old Estelle (who was working as the twins's nanny) was also taken. But not by the assailants, she was taken by Angela & Ash (2 angels from the Black Butler anime). They experimented on Estelle for 3 yrs. Their main objective was to create a new stronger being who could rival both demons and reapers. So they altered Estelle's dna. Ash & Angela captured a high ranking demon and a grim reaper and injected their blood to Estelle. They also gouged out Estelle's eyes and replaced them with the demon & reaper eyes. There's much more that they did, but I'm too lazy to write it all. But anyways, after 3 yrs held in captivity, Ciel & Sebastian save Estelle & kill the angels. (This part follows the anime). Afterwards, Ciel asks Estelle to become his maid and she agrees.
