2-The Secret Has Been Revealed

Haley's P.O.V

"End of the meeting" my boss announced. I'm a school psychologist at Hunter's school. He feels embarrassed because I work there but I don't care.

I grabbed my folders and went to my car. Someone tapped on the window and saw my handsome husband, Ross. He works as a guitar teacher at Tyler and Jada's high school.

I unlocked the door and he got in. "Hey sweet cheeks" he smiled and kissed my cheek. I smiled and started the car.

"Guess who's home!" Ross shouts out. I looked confused as the kids looked at us deadly with their arms folded.

"Why didn't you tell us?" Tyler finally spoke. I looked at Ross confused.

"You had us when you were 19!" Jada growled.

I sighed to Ross. "Ok fine, we did. So what? Age is just a number" I replied.

"Mom, you tell me not to grow up so fast and now I found out that you had me so young!" Jada yelled and ran upstairs.

"Jada!" I cried out but she was gone. I was going to run to her but someone grabbed my wrist.

"Leave her alone for a bit" Ross suggested. Tyler shook his head and bounced his basketball to us. He went out of the house and slammed the door hard.

I looked at Hunter and he cross his arms like a teenage girl. "You know I hate you" Hunter spoke.

"Cool. Then lets go out!" Ross suggested. I looked at him with a 'what are you doing!' look.

He grabbed my hand and walked me out. "Excuse me but you can't leave us here!" Hunter yelled.

"So what? You have a sister" he smirked and closed the door.

He dragged me to the car and drove away. "Are you crazy?! We can't just leave them there!" I yelled.

"Don't worry. I know what I'm doing" he gazed at me. I sighed and looked out the window.

We parked at a store and I've been getting calls from the house but Ross told me to leave it.

"Ross I can't do this anymore!" I got out of the car. I began to walk by myself but Ross pulled up.

"Fine we'll go home" he unlocked the door to the car and we drove off.

We opened the car and we walked to the front door. I opened it and went to go see Jada.

She was on her bed crying her eyes out. "Don't. Even. Think. About it" she lifted her head and glared.

"Sweetie, it was an accident"

"Okay so Tyler was an accident?! This will break his heart"

"I'm sorry but the doctor suggested that we can kill him but I didn't"

"Yeah like that can change everything"

"Fine! I don't want you to have that attitude with me! You just got yourself grounded!" I yelled and slammed the door. I heard a glass break behind the door and I immediately opened it.

She looked at me with sad eyes as it trail down to a broken picture on her and Erica. She started crying and pushing me out. She closed the door and I went downstairs.

Hunter is watching T.V as always.

"Go outside for once" I groaned.

"Where are you going?" He asked with attitude.

"Girls night out" I replied.

"Why?" He asked.

"Mommy needs a life too!" I yelled and closed the door. I went to my car and drove away.

"Maddy!" I screamed and we hugged. It has been so long since I saw her. Her son, Cody showed up with a girl. "Hey Haley" he greeted "Carly this is my mom's best friend, Haley"

"I don't care, lets go" she complained.

They walked out the door.

"They sound like an exciting couple" I whispered and Maddy sighed.

"They've been together since the 9th grade. Thinking about getting married after their senior year" she replied.

I sharply turned to her shocked. "Yep, my furure daughter-in-law is a troll"

We both laughed our heads of and we spent the whole day together.

Jada's P.O.V

Hunter came into my room crying and I told him to come sit with me. He came and hugged me right away.

"Why is mom and dad like this?" He sobbed.

"We all made it like this. We always fight with them because we always fight back and not obey" I explained.

"Then how come you didn't change?" He asked.

I lifted my head. He just pointed out why I'm going through so much. Dad came home and Hunter jumped into his arms.

"I'm so sorry daddy" he squeezed him. I came and hugged him too. "We are all sorry".

I let go and saw Tyler outside. I walked out there and sat next to him. He stared at our old dog's grave, Zoe. She was an angel to this family. Had 3 litters of pups. The first one was from a girl that used to live next to mom and dad.

"Looking at Zoe?" I asked. He nodded and sighed. He played with his thumbs while looking at Zoe's grave.

"She was the one who brought this whole family together before she left" Tyler gazed at the stars.

"And now she wants us to bond more now" I replied and patted his back. He gave me a tight hug and felt his tears on my shoulder "Every night, I come here and talk to Zoe because she meant the world to us".

His phone rang and it was Cody. "Could you answer? I don't want him to hear me cry" he pleaded. I swallowed but nodded slightly.

"Hello?"

"Hi Cody, this is Jada"

"Is Tyler there?"

"He's busy"

"Oh okay, well tell him to call me when he can and see you at school beautiful"

I hung up looking at the phone. Did he really called me beautiful. My heart burned and I feel light headed.

I gave him his phone and he smirked. "Your face is red" he laughed. "He called me beautiful" I folded my arms.

He chuckled and we walked inside together.
