A while later, Padme was carried into the ship while Grace was running into the ship and then Obi Wan has returned and C3PO said "oh Master Kenobi, we have Miss Padme and Miss Grace on board. Yes please hurry, hurry, we should leave this dreadful place"
When Obi Wan went in the ship, he checks on Padme who was lying down and she was slowly waking up
"Obi-Wan? Is Anakin all right?" Padme said
Obi-Wan looks at her sadly and does not answer. He brushes her hair back. Padme drops back into unconsciousness, he went to the cockpit and they off to Polis Massa
As they made it to Polis Massa, Obi Wan carried Padme out of the ship and Bail Organa came and said "we'll take her to the medical center, quickly" and they went off
A while later, Obi Wan, Bail, Grace, Yoda, C3PO and R2D2 were looking at Padme and a medical droid came to them and said "medically, she's completely heathy, for reasons we can't explain, we are losing her"
They were shocked and Obi Wan said "she's dying?"
"We don't know why" the medical droid said "she has lost the will to live, we need to operate quickly if we are going to save the babies"
"Babies?" Bail Organa confused
"She's carrying twins" the medical droid said
Grace had just remembered who are the babies are going to be but of course she doesn't say anything
A while later, Padme gave birth, the first baby was born and the female medical droid said "ee-see-tah oy-doh" means that it's a boy
"Luke" Padme said
The female medical droid hands Luke to Obi Wan
"Oh Luke" Padme said when she puts her hands on Luke's cheek and then she gave birth again and another baby was born, the medical droid said "ee-see-tah oy-dah"
"It's a girl" Obi Wan said
"Leia" Padme said
Then Padme said to Obi Wan when she was taking her last breath "Obi-Wan... there... is good in him, I know there is... still..." and she sadly died
Grace tried herself not to cry, but when C3PO comforted her, she started sobbing in C3PO's arms
A while later, Grace was walking through the hallway then she saw Bail Organa, Yoda and Obi Wan talking about Luke and Leia
They decided to split them up so the Sith won't feel their presence, Bail will take Leia and Obi Wan will send Luke to Anakin's step brother Owen and his now wife Beru
Grace walked away, went outside and even saw Padme's body going to the Naboo ship to Naboo and when the ship took off, she sat down, covering her face and starting crying, she was still in pain about Padme's death, she was like a mom to her
Then the wind came, making Grace look up, the light appeared and as she walked up to the light, she turned around saw Obi Wan standing there watching her leave, she waved at Obi Wan goodbye and she went into the light
She came back into her room, as the light disappeared she wiped her tears and went into her bed
She looks at the window and said to herself "I miss you Anakin and Padme" and she drifted off to sleep
