I was in a deep slumber, but then I heard a faint voice calling for me.

"Scara~ wakey wakey its morning!" I open my eyes to look at Kazuha smiling at me. His face is so, so beautiful. His cheeks were smooth, his lips were tempting, and most of all his eyes are so elegant.

"Come on! Wake up you big sleepy head, I made you breakfast." I sat up and he give me a peck on the lips, then went out the room. I got up and slipped on my robe.

I look in the mirror to see that my hair was a mess. I chuckle, I see why Kazuha calls me a sleepy head. Lazy to fix my hair I go to the kitchen to eat with Kazuha.

"Well look who's finally out of bed." He was sitting in front of the fireplace with the eggs and pancakes on the table in front. I sit next to him and let him lean on me while I wrap my arm around him.

"You wake up so early Kaedehara." I could feel him look up at me, I already knew he was annoyed automatically when I said his last name.

"You- I told you not to call me by my last name you idiot!" He made a 'hmph!' sound and crossed his arms. Though he snuggled me some more.

"Aren't you gonna eat your food?"

"I will, but after you give me a kiss~" he covers his face with hands, I could tell he was flustered about it. I take his hands off and face him towards me with my hand on his cheeks.

"Oh come on, just one." He looked down for a few moments, then wrapped his arms around my neck and kissed me.

It wasn't a sloppy one. It wasn't a short one. It was a nice long and passionate kiss. Kazuha was on top me while I was leaning against the couch. My hands on his waist.

The fire from the fireplace was cackling, and the sound of the birds chirping outside was peaceful. But then Kazuha pulled away when he heard my stomach rumble.

"O-oh right. You should your food now Scara. I don't want you to eat cold food in the winter."

"Alright then." Kazuha gets off my lap and sits beside me once again leaning on my shoulder. I grab the plate of eggs and pancakes on the table and began to eat it.

Nothing better than a warm prepared breakfast from the one you love. I never thought of my future. But I've always wanted a family of my own. I thought of adopting a kid, but I still have to ask Kazuha about it.

By the time I finish my breakfast, Kazuha was fast asleep on my shoulder. Noticing that, I let him lay down on my lap while I go read a book. The book was given to me by my father before he was sent into war.

I've read this book so many times, but yet it's still so fascinating. (Seem familiar 😏?)

As I was flipping through the pages Kazuha suddenly started mumbling my name.

I set the book down and look at him. His face still so beautiful, even when he sleeps. His eyes flutter open and once again those elegant eyes are staring at me.

"Scaramouche.." he brings his hand to my face, I take it and hold it to my cheek.

"Yes dear?"

"Kiss me." He gets up and looks at me straight in the eyes. Scared he was gonna find out what I have behind me I hide it under the pillow. Then I bring my hand to Kazuha's neck and pull him in for a kiss.
