6: And the Award goes to. . .

The show started and the stadium goes dark. Sitting right in front of Mi-Sun to the far left side of the lounge was BTS.

She kept glancing over at Jimin because she couldn't get their interaction out of her head. It was embarrassing to her.

She stared at Jimin's side profile.

"How can a man look absolutely stunning even from the side?"

Jimin turned his head towards Mi-Sun, and they both lock eyes.

Mi-Sun looked away quickly, feeling her heart racing.

"Why was this man that I just met, making me feel so flustered every time I made eye contact with him? This is not like me."

She could tell that Jimin was whispering to his members about something. There was no way that she couldn't stare. Jimin was whispering in Jin's ear. They both stopped and glanced at Mi-Sun so obviously.

Mi-Sun instantly averted her gaze, as if she wasn't staring at them.

"Ohh, come on Mi-Sun, BTS is not talking about you, from all people. They're probably talking about Jennie! She is after all sitting right next to me!"

She felt herself slowly start to calm down after saying that to herself.

The first award of the night was going to be announced. The MC's arrive to the podium.

"Tonight, we are presenting Song Writer of the Year. Here are the nominees!"

Mi-Sun's eyes are drawn to the big screen of all the famous peoples names and faces being shown for the category. Her smile disappears the moment she realized what she was looking at.

Her face.

It was being shown on the big screen with her name being announced. Her eyes grew wide as she stared at her music video being shown. She felt embarrassed, looking away the moment she saw it.

Jennie on the other hand kept squeezing Mi-Suns arm. "It's going to be you up there!" She said.

Mi-Sun shook my head disagreeing.

Her heart skipped a beat when she heard the music stop.

"And the award for Song Writer of the Year goes to. . ."

"Ohh, God! please don't be me!" Mi-Sun kept saying in her head.

"Je Mi-Sun!"

A loud roar of screams could be heard directly behind Mi-Sun. Her mouth dropped open wide. She stared at her face on the big monitors for a good minute.

Mi-Sun covered her mouth in shock, and just sat in her seat not being able to move.

Every one in the lounge stood up.

"This can't be real!" Mi-Sun said to herself.

Jennie kept tugging her arm and telling her to stand up. Mi-Sun finally snapped out of the shock she was in. She got up and walked towards the stage. Still surprised and not being able to believe what had just happened.

The MC's hand her the award, and all Mi-Sun could do was stare at it.

The fans kept screaming and cheering Mi-Suns name, until she finally came close to the mic. Tears filled her eyes as she glanced at the fans in the audience that were all screaming for her.

"I..." Mi-Sun couldn't come up with words. "I first want to say. This could not have been possible without all of you!"

The crowd screamed after Mi-Sun said those words.

"This award doesn't belong to me! It belongs to all of us! All the nominees and all the aspiring song writers from all around the world! I'm. . ."

Mi-Sun stopped in the middle of her speech. She felt this immense heat building up on her chest. The voices around her sounded far, and all she could hear was her emense breathing, and her heart beating rapidly.

"Oh, no! I'm crying! Shit!" Mi-Sun said, as the tightness around her chest got even tighter.

As tears run down her face, she continued to try her best to finish her speech. She swallowed her spit and took a deep breath.

"Ever since I was a small girl, I dreamed of being a song writer. And today, I can't believe that I can say that I accomplished my dreams! I want to thank all my fans for always being there and supporting me! Without you, I wouldn't be up here! I love you!" Mi-Sun shouted before hysterically starting to cry.

A roar of screams are heard, and Mi-Sun rushes down the stairs to sit back in her seat. As she passed by some of the idols, they congratulated her, bowing to show her full respect. And for the first time Mi-Sun couldn't believe her eyes.

"BTS was standing and bowing to me!"
