"I was joking yesterday, you don't have to have lunch with me." Kai states as him and Soobin are currently walking to the 'best place to go out for lunch' according to kai.
"Its okay to admit that you want to spend time with me." Soobin says attempting to tease kai.
"Yeah yeah whatever.. anyways, I saw your little group have lunch yesterday. How did that go?"
"It was alright. Yeonjun explained why he stood us up, I want to believe him but.. I don't know.."
"mmm.. well I think you should just see how things go between you guys. Don't make any cringey moves or anything because I'm sorry to break it to you but by the way things are going you will most likely get rejected." Kai says as he stops at a small café and opens the door for Soobin.
"Yeah trust me I know.. thank you." Soobin says as he enters and smiles at the comfy/quaint vibes that he got when he entered.
Kai leaves Soobin standing there as he goes over to one of the workers saying hi to them before calling Soobin over to sit at a booth.
"One of your friends?' Soobin asks as he sits opposite to Kai.
"Well she is my friend, but also my sister. I don't really have friends, well not from school anyway."
"Well you do have me. You should give me your number so we can text and stuff."
"Oh I um.. don't have a phone.."
"Really? Out of all the excuses in the world you use the 'I don't have a phone' Excuse ?"
